Estaba bastante agradable con el personal de la recepción muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar . El problema es la construcción de estos edificios nuevos que dejan mucho a desear. Se escucha cada paso de los apartamentos alrededor y encima. No me gustó que hay muchos perros en el edificio que obviamente ladran. Para la solución de todas formas es una buena alternativa a un hotel regular.

Lugar en pleno centro "nuevo" de asuncion, excelente lugar, muy cómodo, con un amigo bue a pileta, los deptos sin muy amplios con todo lo necesario para tu estadía, cerca de los dos shoping más importantes, La Galería y del Sol, precio muy acorde, más barato que un hotel de la zona.

No lo recomiendo. Le pongo dos estrellas por la ubicación. Nos hospedamos tres noches, todos los días se corto la luz. La gente de la recepción, no del edificio, sino de la empresa que reservamos el dpto, muy mal educados, no hubo una sola persona que tenga una buena atención, que básicamente es primordial. En los pasillos, se escuchan gritos durante la noche y mañana temprano, nosotros vinimos a descansar, y lo que menos pudimos hacer fue eso. La habitación es cómoda. Tiene una cocina completa, no tienen destapador, baño también completo pero con cucarachas; el toallero estaba roto, avisamos, e informaron que iban a repararlo y no vinieron. La cama re incomoda, con un hueco en el medio, una almohada para cada uno, muy básico. Tenes servicio de limpieza, la gente que lo realiza súper amable, ropa de cama y baño (que nadie te lo informa). Te ofrecen servicio de cochera la cual te cobran un precio irrisorio usd 7 por noche. Los amenities solo usamos el gimnasio un solo día, la pileta imposible por el viento. Por el precio conseguis mejores lugares y en la misma ubicación.

Este lugar es ideal para hospedarse en la mejor avenida de Asunción, cerca de los mejores centros comerciales y restaurantes. Una zona con mucha vida y además, cuenta con amenities inmejorables. La piscina en la terraza es ideal para pasar la tarde y también tiene gimnasio. Los chicos en recepción son muy amables y están siempre a disposición.
