The property is tired and worn out, but they tried to spruce it up with nicer duvet covers.
Positives: Walkable to shops and food, as well as the beautiful park and City Hall.
Negatives: The floor in our 2nd floor room was "spongy", the toilet seemed loosely connected to the floor - it moved and rocked, the bed wasn't comfortable and the "queen" was definitely a double. Poorly lit as well, and everything seemed to lean a little, towels were scarce, and we had to ask for toiletries.
There's a balcony off the back, but it is uninviting - cobwebs, no place to sit and relax.
Overall - not worth the money. I've paid less for better rooms
