Had a lovely stay at these apartments made extra special by the very kind, thoughtful and super efficient Christina, who went out of her way to ensure we had an enjoyable holiday. This apartment complex has a very nice reception area with lifts to the many floors. There is also a restaurant/cafeteria which unfortunately wasn't open during our stay. Our apartment was fabulous and huge. We had an executive suite with lounge, dining area, kitchen and bedroom, 2 balconies plus a washer/drier which was most useful. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the cleaning team as they took it upon themselves to throw away our snacks and Covid test kits which were in a carrier bag on the opposite side of the kitchen.Christina was not on duty at this time as I believe it would have been sorted out professionally as the male receptionist (who replaced the test kits but not snacks) believed the cleaners over ourselves, who said that the bag was next to the bin. The location is very good with shops and cafes close by. The area is very much under construction at the moment but we could not hear the builders at all.

Stayed at Lylo for 3-4 days and it’s probably the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. You check in on a device however there is a receptionist near in case you need anything. The design is amazing as well as the communal rooms/work spaces, it’s very new and renovated at the moment so it looks really great. There’s free wifi, a communal kitchen and bathrooms on each floor. There’s also a restaurant and bar, you get a card for one free drink too! I stayed in a private room and shared bathroom, the floor was super clean and quiet. The room itself was cute and tidy, we were missing a few things such as a rubbish bin (didn’t know the rooms came with one until we saw someone else on our floor with one). I think it would’ve of been nice if the room came with a television or a safe, however the room was great for the price so can’t complain too much :) location is central and easy access to everything within the city.

Excellent! We have a comfortable stay at this hotel. Intend to book the same hotel for our last 2 days at Auckland. Location is super good, closed to Sky Tower which you can take the direct airport express bus to Auckland airport within walking distance. If you want to cook, they only provide limited paper plates, this is fine for us.

In the month of January, myself and my friends stayed at the luxurious Sudima Hotel located in Auckland city. We had a warm welcome by the staff at the reception and each and everyone of them were happy to help in anyway possible. We were shown to our room by a kind hearted staff member on the 6th floor and WOW what an amazing view it had of the harbour bridge along with the city buildings. As for the room, it was very modern and well set up. The bathroom was perfect with ammenities provided. The beds were extra comfortable and the tv had a wide range of movies to select from. Whilst we were enjoying the view from the window, we were surprised with a welcome hamper consisting of vegan friendly snacks, refreshing coconut water along with skincare items such as face masks, shower bombs and sleep balms. This was a very thoughtful surprise and indeed we enjoyed it. We had a free breakfast at the East eats restaurant with a range of food to select from and it was amazing. All the food is vegan friendly and very delicious. The lobby has a lot of seating for anyone to enjoy. The beautiful architecture catches ones eye. Very modernised and unique in its own way. Definitely a place to stay! We would like to say a big Thank you to all the staff that helped us have a wonderful stay at the hotel. We definitely will be back. A highly recommended hotel! - Nazeena and Nisha.

Busy hotel and a base hotel for China aircrew. Room size is decent and bed is comfortable. Daily housekeeping seemed to be a little slow probably because of high occupancy. Nice restaurants within the hotel. It be good if they can vary the breakfast spread, spread is the same everyday during my stay. Filtered coffee offered at breakfast. If you want something else like flat white, extra charges apply and extra charge for milk.

Holiday Inn Express is one of my favorite hotels during my 2-week stay in New Zealand. It is located in the heart of Auckland’s cbd area and close to everything (shops, restaurants, bars, harbor). It is a 6-minute walk to the Sky Tower where you can pick up the Airport Express bus for $17 nzd. The hotel entrance is on a significant incline. The reception is on the 2nd floor which you can take either an elevator or escalator up. The cafeteria and small lounge are to the right of the reception desk. Breakfast was the usual scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, toast, yogurt, cereal, fruits, muffins, and other pastries. Due to the high volume of clients the 2 coffee machines were usually low on milk to make certain coffee drinks. I love the room set up. The closet is across of the bathroom and had plenty of room for your luggage. The shower is enclosed in a glass cube with wave designs. A nightlight in the bathroom saved on electricity if you need a little light to move around the room. The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked. The reception staff was kind to let me stay an extra hour past the check-out time for the room that I had with my tour. The room that I booked after the tour was ready early and I got to settle in at 11 am before my afternoon tour. Construction is happening around the hotel with the streets being torn up and a new building under construction next to the hotel. The hotel is well insulated that I couldn’t hear any of the construction.

Strategically located in the middle of Auckland CDB. We can easily walked around the main attractions.including Auckland Tower, the wharf, Queen St. Love the room view too which face the tower directly. Cleanliness perspective however was really disappointing.. The room was really dusty, not for the hidden corner like under the sofa/bed/top of cabinet, but obvious area like the sofa, basin, etc.

Totally disappointed in our two night stay here. This premise also goes under the name 'Auckland Airport Kiwi Hotel' and Auckland Airport Kiwi Backpackers', the Backpackers has now been turned into what is called 'Premier studio apartments'.'. When we arrived the lady at reception stated that she had only debited our card for the first night, we were to pay for our second night when checking out. Our 'Premier Studio Apartment' was clearly an ex backpacker room, our lawn view was 2 mtrs of unmown grass which looked straight into the rooms across from us. The room was clean enough but extremely under equipped. We had booked for 3 people, we had 2 towels, 2 facecloths, no hand towel, no tea towel or dish cloth. After the 3rd ask for these items we finally received two extra facecloths to be used as a tea towel and dishcloth, eww! The kitchen had 1 fork, 1 teaspoon, 3 knives and large spoons, 1 glass, no wine glasses. Odd cups and plates of various sizes. There was a microwave and hotplates but no other utensils at all besides the bits and pieces mentioned. No Ice tray. No coathangers. The bathroom light flickered constantly, there was rubbish under the beds, and on further inspection, the fire alarm did not contain a battery. (illegal) On checking out was told that our account had been settled. Inspection of bank account showed that our 2nd night had been deducted two hours after we had checked in and an extra $4.50 had been taken. Asked on their chat window (which is how we booked our stay due to no one answering the phone, ever) and was emailed back, them stating that this extra cost was due to paying by Visa. No mention of this throughout our booking or on their website. Would not stay here again.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThis is an excellent place to stay if you're transiting through Auckland airport. Being an exceptionally easy, 2 minute walk from the international terminal means that you're not having to juggle shuttle buses and whatnot. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms have everything you could need for an overnight stay. The whole place feels fresh and new. Highly recommend.
GGuest UserMy husband stayed here once by chance and now it has become the place he stays most weeks, Large, clean, quiet rooms, equipped with everything you could need, coffee machine, microwave, big screen tv, the comfiest bed and a huge bathroom with a good shower. But the best thing by far are the staff, from the friendly welcome and attentive service, you couldn’t ask for more, little touches like remembering your names, means a lot…. Have to give a special mention to Pawan, it’s just like a friend greeting you, a genuine friendly welcome back every time, makes you feel like you are home. Thanks Pawan!
CCF-KingFast check in process, complete amenities and comfy room. Express check out and enjoyable stay. Small issue with safety deposit box which keeping error status. Anyway concierge help opening it with key. Problem solved.
Reception was kind and giving my kid small squishy toy. Appreciate this small matter.
Hotel location in tourist area and connected to ******, so many people in neughbourhood with choices of restaurant, bar and mini mart that open till late.
GGuest UserWe began and ended our stay in New Zealand here. My sister and I had stayed here on our last trip to NZ and had been so comfortable we wanted to do so again. When we arrived in Auckland we were given a nice 2 bedroom suite overlooking the park. I think it must have been a handicapped suite as the bathroom was a wet room, which was a little odd, but we got used to it, otherwise very nice. When we checked in again at the end of our trip, a few days before flying home, we were surprised and delighted to find that we had been upgraded to a 3 bedroom, 2 bath penthouse suite. It was huge, with a great view of downtown Auckland and the Skytower. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the beds comfortable, and the little cafe downstairs quite convenient. Buses for Inner Link stop right outside, and it's about a 15 minute walk downtown. New World supermarket is about 5 minutes away. Tip: if walking downtown, go via Halsey Street down to the harbour, you will avoid the hills.
GGuest UserLoved our stay. It was like hotels used to be. Lots of complimentary items. You could literally just walk in with your clothes. Awesome having a bar and restaurant on site. Parking was excellent. Airport shuttles come to the hotel and it has a heated pool. Highly recommend.
GGuest UserThe staff were friendly and helpful.Great having the free shuttle to the airport as part of their service . The room was nice and roomy and clean, bed comfortable. Was disappointed there wasn't an extra blanket in the wardrobe as I was quite cold overnight. There was no information in the room about the services offered in hotel and times so I didn't have to ring up or go down to find out. There was no emergency safety exit plan in the room
MMelissa MasinaFacilities, location & amenities are good in the studio rooms. Cleanliness was really good, the only thing would be that because there are no windows in the room there is a musty smell every time you enter it, having come from outside. The service would be an area for improvement more so around knowledge. When signing the room contract I was asking the receptionist questions about how to do early check out and what is turndown service but she said she didn’t know much about the contract and didn’t she didn’t advise us that to get a “2nd key” we needed to download an app to gain access to our rooms as we had to use the keycard we were given for powering the room. Also functions on our TV weren’t working so we called the receptionist and he said it should be there, but the HDMI option wasn’t showing. So he finished our phone call with I don’t know, we can’t help you with that, we don’t have a technician. I managed however to work it out using Google.
LLuvinspoonfulYou forget the exterior once you are enclosed in these super slick rooms. The boys loved having their cookies replenished every day (who doesn’t) and we adults enjoyed the privacy and independence permitted by staying here. Generous kitchenettes and Showers. comfortable beds, beautifully appointed units and super sized sky tv for the kids when you return exhausted from your day out. The rooms are immaculate (I would put this in capital letters if TripAdvisor permitted) and rooms are serviced daily (did not expect that either as many hotels are taking advantage of the pandemic to reduce service staff citing contact reduction) Highly recommend.
封封印之夕Family room with good value for money, surrounded by shopping malls and supermarkets, is very convenient. There is a bus stop and a train station at the door, and the traffic is convenient. Slightly far from the city.
