Gate key was not working when we try to get in. There’s no waiting or covered area to wait for our Uber/taxi pick ups. It was raining

No facility to wash dishes in the kitchen. You have to use the bathroom sink. Room was small. Very noisy next to office.

Solsen Flexi-Stay was a very good accommodation option close to Auckland Airport. Parking was easy and the hotel was managed by a pleasant and friendly owner. Our room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed - we slept extremely well! The air-con was very good and there was a prevalence of quietness throughout the accommodation. For us Solsen Flexi-Stay provided excellent value for money.

40 min bus into the CBD and accessible to SW motorway. Very clean and tidy. Appreciated the small fridge, microwave and crockery so you could make a simple meal or snack. Comfortable room. Worked really well for us.

Good room.
Staffs are not friendly. Check out 10am, and they charge extra 20nz/h if you ask to delay your check out. other places in NZ were way more friendly.
