Very beautiful Environment With nice room, The hotel has great facilities lovely gym equipment

Pros Room has good amenities like coffee and Clean bathroom Cons Noisy - hallways need carpet, needed earplugs. There is nothing around hotel like restaurants or cafes. Bathroom door is impossible to open without using body weight, faulty construction.

Very new hotel, so everything very clean. Room was very modern design. All staff very helpful. Great gym in hotel. Coffee shop right outside the hotel entrance is perfect with friendly baristas and delicious cakes!! Short Uber ride to airport. Further away from CBD.

The staff is very rigid. Check-in must be done at 2pm. If you go early, you have to pay extra. They won't give you the room even if it's available. The room is different from the pictures. The coffee machine in the room is broken. It has just been renovated but still has a strong smell of renovation. The food in the hotel restaurant is very salty. The side dishes are all the same. Very monotonous. I will not choose it again.

I think the C P value is very high because the interior decoration is very beautiful and most of the staff have very good service attitude. However, it is a bit far from the city, so I still have to drive again every time I go out. However, it is quite good to have a laundry next to it. Convenient.

The hotel room is large, clean and tidy, the facilities are very new, there is a green supermarket nearby, which is convenient for shopping. The hotel service staff is enthusiastic and polite

It's quite crude.

Enjoyed our stay, but the hotel let itself down with some basic problems. TV was very poor, only 2 watchable channels, others pixelated. Had to leave hotel to watch an All Black game, in NZ ! Lighting was harsh and non dimmable. Staff were understaffed and difficult to contact. Poor bathroom supplies, and a non functioning coffee machine.

Over-all experience of couples who went on this Marriage Enrichment Retreat II are very happy and satisfied. We would love to come back in future. Place is great in general. Staff are very accomodating and generous. Food is delicious. We are truly thankful for the experience.

There were mens socks & undies left in the drawers & bathroom in both 232 & 233. The bin in the toilet was also not empty so we believe both rooms were not cleaned properly as those were not our socks & undies. There was also mark of pee on the toiler seat in room 232. Pretty disgusting really. We were in a rush as we had a church event early in the morning so I just told the receptionist about this when we checked out.

A nice looking suite with nice ambiance and views, however missing some key items in the room. I.e microwave, sofa (a proper sofa), bottled water, some plates and cutlery. May also review shorting the distance for exits and entry to the some rooms

I would highly recommend a stay at this pristine establishment. Friendly staff, spacious rooms and comfortable surroundings. I was assisted promptly with an early check-in and was happy to see parking is available. Oh, and the coffee is good - always a plus for me.
