Ibis is a chain hotel with locations in many countries around the world, but the front desk at this hotel is just okay. I stayed there for six days and my bedding was never changed. One day I even had to go to the front desk to get towels, etc. The sign saying "cleaning is available" was in vain. There were two days when I returned to the hotel in the afternoon, but the hotel had not yet cleaned. The cleaning aspect was indeed very poor.
