Pullman Hotels in Auckland

I asked for an extra blanket because it was cold, and when I opened it, I found a pair of underwear inside. That's disgusting! I also wanted an invoice, and the front desk kept going back and forth, first saying they could provide one, then saying they couldn't, which wasted a lot of my time. Everything else was okay though.

The stay was nice. Very conveniently located to the airport. Although the room service was nightmarish. The menu said that the pizza is wood fire pizza but it's a frozen pizza which they didn't even bother to properly reheat. The salad was stale and really gross. The lady who came to give the food was rude and told my wife that she should have told her what she wanted when she had called when she asked for chilli flakes and tobasco. Though they reluctantly apologised it was a terrible experience.
