The Fern Residency Aurangabad - Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar

The room was the best part cause, I went there to meet my long distance lover , the sweet room was Spacey comfortable and fresh everyone was nice .the people there were understanding and welcoming ,I would happly went there again best ever trip I've had.

The place where u will find happiness, it was a calm place, the people working there were friendly and kind. I even get a helping hand from them while I lost my glass, they treat me with respect , it's even more fun when u go with your friends u wont regret it

The welcome, attention and willingness to please and make customers happy is possibly the best ever example of customer service I have ever experienced. I loved this hotel. It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Lovely hotel, clean comfy and good wifi. Thank you one and all for an amazingly memorable and comfortable stay.

Disappointing Experience at The Fern Aurangabad Despite being a good property, our stay was marred by poor management. The ground staff were courteous and attentive, but the managerial staff seemed indifferent. Issues Encountered: 1.⁠ ⁠Broken glass bottles were provided to customers (see attached photo), and management justified this. 2. Musty smell in rooms was irritating. 3. Multiple calls were required to get a cup of tea in the morning, with delays blamed on Thai guests. 4. For corporate events, dignitaries were not offered sofas, despite requests. 5. Sapphire Hall toilets were unclean and stinking. 6. Unhygienic dustbins were present at the dining area (see photo). 7. Banquet hall AC was not cooling properly. 8. Food section is too small and creates long queue and it’s like having food inside the Mumbai locals. 9. Chairs are put in banquet hall dining areas which occupies 20% of the space. Management doesn’t listen to remove them to create space. Poor Management: General Manager was unavailable, and Mr. Shashank and Mr. Hemant were uncooperative. Junior staff (Ms. Anjali Phatak) from the corporate office was involved in sending an unpleasant email without understanding the challenges we were facing. Corporate office support was withdrawn instead of addressing concerns. Conclusion: Horrible experience! We will not stay here again if the hotel management doesn’t act on it. Please investigate and arrange for atleast an apology email from Ms Anjali

It's always a pleasant stay here in this hotel. The staffs are very helpful and kind. The food is always very tasty and delicious. The rooms are spacious, enough for a big family like ours. This hotel makes us feel like home. Thanks to all the staffs for making our weekend memorable.

Well located. Breakfast variety was excellent. Service of all the staff was very thoughtful and caring. Rooms were spacious. The only thing which needs some improvement is the fittings in the room and the cleanliness of the bed and sofa.
