The only two things that we experienced were quickly resolved in a professional manner! Did not affect our stay!

Dariann was the best bartender and the service was excellent. I will certainly visit here again. We travel all over and stay at Marriott properties often, due to the perks. We have consistently encountered pleasant folks working at the restaurants, but “Dee” took extra time to make us feel special.

This is a beautiful hotel. The hotel staff was attentive and courteous. The room was so clean and luxurious . The service with Laura in the MClub was awesome. It is the perfect place to watch a game and enjoy time with family. We will definitely be back!

This review is long overdue but better late than never. I was in Austin for business to help implement some changes with my company. It had been a really bad day and I was emotionally drained. I decided not to drive 2 hours home that night and instead stay in Austin. I stopped at two other hotels only to be told they were sold out and no suggestions. I walked into the Marriott and was greeted by Guven at the desk and my day totally changed. He was so nice and could see that I was a mess. He found me a really nice room at a very reasonable rate. He was super polite and helpful. He has no idea how much his attitude helped to turn my day around. thank you so much Guven. Next time I will start at the Marriott Austin South because of you.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott. Our check-in clerk (Maria?) found the perfect place for us to park as we were pulling our travel trailer, and she put us in the perfect room that met our requests, where we could see our Airstream. Nancy in the MClub was an exceptional server. The buffet was beautiful. A nice array of choices. Beautiful fruit. Today was sausage day, and when my husband jokingly said, “I see we missed bacon day,” Nancy overheard and asked if he would like some bacon. She brought it out special for him. She was attentive and friendly. Both of these ladies deserve special recognition.

Wonderful stay staff was amazing very attentive and friendly. My omelette was prepared properly to my specific liking. They were able to fulfill my abnormal request on how I prefer my omelette being made and didn’t seem to be a big problem. Overall A+

Not really up to Marriott standards any longer, but then again Marriott standards are not what they used to be. The rooms have been updated and are in decent shape, Forget it if you are Titanium or Ambassador you are not getting and upgrade, even if you ask.
