Went to a concert in Austin, TX and decided to stay here -- thankfully! This location was perfect -- close to everything! We were just minutes from the Capital (free tours), LBJ museum, many restaurants and the Moody Center. The parking is NOT free -- which I did not like and even got a ticket even though I paid after arrival (the manager removed the charges). BUT, this assured me that there are patrols throughout the parking lot. The atrium was beautiful with all rooms opening from the central area (not outdoors). The view was eye-appealing as you can just watch people moving about. There are TV's, couches, and free detox water (and regular water) in the atrium area. A nice place to just hang out. The hotel gives a couple of free alcoholic redeemable cards at check-in for the evening. Thought that was nice. The breakfast was fantastic -- an omelette bar, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes, yogurt, fruit, bakery items, etc. It was fantastic and met all of our ”wants”. We didn't swim in the indoor pool or take advantage of the gym but can confirm that both are at this hotel. The rooms open to a living room area with a couch, TV, small table to seat 2, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee ”abilities”, as well as a bar sink. Through a small hallway area (which encompasses the bathroom) is the bedroom area. Nice TV, an armoire, and dresser. Definitely a nice place to stay and will plan to pick this place again should we re-visit Austin, TX.

Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and kind. The room was well cleaned and room service = exceptional. The staff is very accommodating and did their best to make sure my stay went smoothly. I made a booking error and was struggling with using my points and they found a solution for me quickly. Kevin and Sunita were true stars!

East Austin
It is a cheap hotel, which provides you a decent stay for what you pay, I didn't expect a luxury hotel for what I paid, it is a good option to spend little, especially if you don't be in the hotel all day. The hotel is very well maintained, which is thankful. However, my room smells horrible, dirty, though it didn't look dirty. I think, regardless of the fact that it is not a luxury hotel, the cleaning that it should be perceived is fundamental.

I was a little skeptical about staying at this hotel because the reviews were mixed and when I communicated with the hotel regarding a request I had, they told me that it was an ”older” property. However, my experience here was absolutely brilliant. First and foremost, I felt completely safe here. The property is extremely well lit at night and I loved how centrally located it was to Austin hotspots and not having to pay for parking is a big draw alone. Most anywhere in Austin will charge you anywhere between $10-30 a day average. They accommodated all my requests and personally, I really liked my room. I did not feel like it was an ”older” property. The staff was also wonderful. Absolutely no complaints here. Will def stay here again!!!
