The hotel front desk has a terrible attitude. They are under 21, so they treat you like a criminal. If you want to fine someone, you can fine them. There is no need to not pay. I don't know if they are racist or something. It was very cold when it rained at night, and the heating and air conditioning were broken. I don't recommend it, and I don't even recommend going to this island.
