Кошмарный отель грязь антисанитария,номера не убирают,уборщицы сами себе хозяева,на рессепшене хамло.Есть нечего все поголовно с атравлениями лежат в больницах под капельницами.Из еды фарш,печень,куринные кости половина протухших продуктов.Нет плюсов кроме моря,но даже пляж ужасно грязный.Отдыхали семьей 4 человека,болели все,3 дня в номере потеряны.Надо писать массово иски на отель.

Tam olarak fiyat performans oteliydi. Personellerin misafirlerle konuşmaları üslupları kötüydü, deneyimsizlerdi ve hiç güler yüzlü değillerdi. Her sey dahildi ama alkoller kötüydü yemekler idare ederdi. Temizlik iyiydi. Plaja yakın olması ve plajda kendine ait alanı olması iyiydi. Havuzda kaydırak olması güzeldi. Animatör arkadaslar ilgiliydiler, tatilimize renk kattılar.

Gözleme yapan kadın Bu kadın restoran sektöründe gördüğüm en kötü personel. Hijyen sıfır! Takma dişlerini ağzından çıkarıp tekrar ağzına sokuyor, sonra aynı pis elleriyle hamuru yoğuruyor. 2 dakikada bir elini burnuna götürüyor ve iğrenç elleriyle hamura dokunuyor. Kovada elini yıkadığı suyu, ayrandaki su azaldığı için içtiğimiz ayranın içine döküyor. Yani hamurlu, pis elleriyle kovanın içinde yıkadığı suyu ayranın içine karıştırıyor ve bunu gözümüzün önünde yapıyor. Kadının ter kokusu dayanılmaz, yanında durmak imkansız. Müşterilerden bahşiş beklerken kötü pişiriyor ve kaba davranıyor. Bu kadar pis ve iğrenç bir hizmet görmedim. Acilen hijyen ve müşteri hizmetleri konusunda büyük bir iyileştirme yapılmalı!

Отель никак не 4 🌟. Там вообще нет 🌟. Грязный, старый отель. Еда отвратительная, однообразная. Чай протухший в грязных чайниках. Посуду грязно моют.Персонал только на ресепшне по русски разговаривает. Интернет платный. Мебель поломанная. Анимации ноль. Музыку включают иногда и то только турецкую. Из плюсов только море. В холле нет кондиционера и пахнет кошачьей мочой. За 10 дней ни разу не поменяли полотенца. В душе нет стекла во многих номерах, все в плесени. Убираются, иногда, поверхностно.

Ещё отдыхаем,но могу сказать отбывает!кромешный ужас! Грязь,антисанитария.Еда рис,картошка фри,картошка по деревенски, картофельное пюре и это каждый день!Нагетсы,курица переваренная,вчера была скумбрия жареная.Из зелени листья салата, укроп, петрушка,была один день рукола.Огурец,помидор.Правда фрукты хоть радовали.Арбуз,дыня, апельсины, грейпфрут,слива,яблоко,груша.Уборка Раз в три четыре дня.Полотенца не меняют,пока сам не поймаешь уборщицу.Убираются отвратительно.Просто ужасссссс!анимации нет ни какой! бассейн грязный.Море рядом и берег супер.На плаже стоит будка, это бар.Там только порошковые напитки и кофе,вода!в общем радуемся морю ещё 4 дня и домой

NO, NEVER, NEVER EVER GO THERE. That place is out of any normal understanding for a hotel, even for hostel. Dirty, stinky, sweaty, without air condition in the common areas. Whole base floor smells to sewage, upper corridors with Vodka, Raki, Anason smells. Cockroaches are normal visitors, everywhere. Brocken furniture, broken bathrooms, Brocken elevators, Brocken air conditioners…. On top on it you have to pay for WI Fi …? I don’t want to talk for the dirty white plastic cups, in which they serve water or other drinks. Rude staff at reception, absolutely rude advertising of SPA center by a man, who pretended to be the owner of the SPA. He constantly goes across the tables interrupting privet conversations, with no tact for privacy, explaining how good is his SPA ( stinky, dirty, basement place, with cockroaches). Sunbeds at the coast aria - dirty, stinky, in 50 sm one from another. No service at the coast aria at all, just water and Turkish coffee and again these white plastic dirty cups everywhere. Nightmare, just epic. I didn’t believe it till the last day, my worst vacation, I will never comeback to Turkey again. This is crazy absolute crazy out of any normal understanding.
