I only have positive comments for this hotel resort. From arrival to leaving , every day was brilliant .All of the staff from reception, restaurants, bars, room cleaners ,all so friendly. We ate in all the restaurants apart from the orchid as we had a storm on the night we booked. All great but the Italian was my favourite.All the drinks were good quality and no pre mixed alcoholic drinks, all mixed in a shaker. Lots to choose from both alcoholic and non. The snack bar good variety with good hot drinks available too.THoroughly enjoyed the lazy river , the outdoor pools were cold, but we went in November so maybe warmer in summer.indoor pool was warm .i don’t think I’ve missed anything,but would defo recommend a stay here. Hope to return soon

It is one of the most amazing hotels I have ever been to. The staff, services, and quality of food are beyond any expectation. It is my second visit to this location and I will return next year. Nearby you can find a beach with such amazing crystalline water. The evening entertainment is short but on top quality.

The All star team made our holiday. I massive 5 stars to Jackson, Mia, Megan, Louis and of course Fraser for his direction. The shows are Brilliant the only feedback I would give is to the sound team at times drown the team. Apart from that the whole setup is brilliant.

All in all a nice resort. Nice room and really great breakfast. We could use 5 restaurants on the resort and especially garabaldi was great. The staff is very friendly and In our all inclusive a selection of 25+ different drinks are included. The drinks used original marks as Bacardi and Gordons so no local trash as they do so many other places The buffet mid day and evening was nothing special and after a few days rather boring. We complained about our room with garden view, were most of the view were on the roof of the restaurant. We got another room day 2 with a little better view. The entertainment was closed here start November and this was a disapointment. Think we Will try your Sister hotel in Paphos the next time. Ayia Napa is closed down here in November so not much to see, Paphos must have more to see this time of year. All in all a good stay and 5+ stars to the staff, which were very service minded and smiling. They came around and asked if we were missing anything.

This hotel is amazing. It was our first time in Cyprus and they made it so special. The staff are wonderful including Steve at the pool bar and our housekeeper Susana. The food was the best I've had. The bed was so comfy I slept so well. This is an incredible place to visit. There were couples and families with kids of all ages and things for everyone to do.

What a place. We went out of season so was not busy. The warm welcome at the start. Taken to our room by golf buggy. Facilities explained clearly. Sunbed allocation a game changer-however as end of season would not have been an issue but peak time would definitely provide a stress free holiday. Rooms lovely. We had a garden one over looking the pool as we requested. Dressing gown, slippers, fridge all make holiday home from home. Main buffet restaurant excellent with loads of choice and themed nights. Breakfast buffet very good with pancakes and omlettes made to order from your table. I liked that all drinks were table service whether coffee for breakfast or wine for dinner. Speciality restaurants were top notch especially Seven Orchards. Pool area very clean and pool and snack bar staff were always happy to help. Main lobby and terrace provided a lovely area for pre/post dinner coctails. Staff cant do enough for you. A big shout out to Binod , the English Yorkshire lady and all staff that waited in the lobby/terrace area they were all so lovely. The evening entertainment was also exceptional. We havent had an all inclusive holiday since the children were little but would highly recommend and plan on coming again next year as it provided us with the relaxtion we needed. Thank you!

Πολυτέλεια , καθαριότητα, ομορφιά , εξαιρετικές επιλογές σε όλους τους τομείς φαγητό διασκέδαση , χαλάρωση . Δεν πρόκειται να σου λείψει τίποτα . Είναι ίσως το μόνο ξενοδοχείο που σου παρέχει ποιοτικό all inclusive . Τι να πω για το προσωπικό του …ευγενικό ,πρόθυμο ,εξυπηρετικό και πάντα με χαμόγελο. Το ότι ξεκινήσαμε να πηγαίνουμε σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο σαν ζευγάρι , μετα μας ακολούθησαν κάποιοι φίλοι και φτάσαμε να είμαστε μια μεγάλη ομάδα φίλων και γνωστών κάθε χρόνο αυτό τα λέει όλα !!!. Φέτος το διήμερος μας απογειώθηκε με την ελληνική βραδιά .Απίστευτη εμπειρία και πλέον μοναδική επιλογή για εμάς ,το συστήνουμε σε όλους

Just spent 10 days relaxing at this excellent resort! (2nd time) the food is fantastic, incredible choice every night! Had an issue with no balcony but the amazing front desk team resolved that small issue for us straight away! Just want to say a massive shout out to the fantastic upstairs waiters and waitresses, they work so hard and will do anything for you, Calypso, Khaled, Teadore and Kumara you all are amazing people and made our holiday the extra mile better!! Loved it so much already booked for next year!! Cannot wait to see you all next year! Love the Porter family x
