Very good stay with excellent staff and facilities. Air con good nice and quiet with really comfortable bed. Shower nice and warm . The breakfast was included and was excellent.I would not hesitate to stay again.

Great location. Good facilities, rooftop open air bar, gym, pool. Good breakfast. If they could only change the chair in the room because I need to work at the desk, it would be scoring higher!

The location is convenient, and the breakfast is yummy, the room is clean and well maintained, I think this is the best hotel in Bacolod.

Location is good as it is in the city proper - situated beside the famous capitol lagoon and just few walks away from Ayala mall.
The room is just the right size - not too spacious though but has the basics- study table, kettle, fridge, hot shower is also availbale but not hot enough. Staffs are good and very courteous and attentive.
Breakfast buffet is available and has a wide variety of food - also changes menu for the next days which is good. Their hot chocolate is creamy and not too sweet which is also good.
They have a pool available in the 2nd floor, also a gym and spa area. Also, one of the higlights will be the rooftop bar where you can chill with their classic and signature cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also has a good view of the capitol lagoon especially at night.
Overall a good experience, we were just not approved for a 3-hour late check out even if we are willing to pay. Have not seen much people checking-in that day as it is a Monday so not sure if they are fully fully booked for that day.
