Ausgezeichnet, man hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war sehr engagiert und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr gut und der Spa-Bereich super. Ich bin mit dem Zug angereist. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage, aber abseits vom Ortskern Bad Hindelang.

Jedes mal aufs Neue werden wir hier als Gast begeistert von der Schönheit des Hotels mit diesem speziellen Charm und der Harmonie von in würde gealtertem Interneur und den modernen Errungenschaften zum Beispiel im Restaurant mit dem neuen Helfer James. Dabei handelt es sich um einen Serviceroboter der das überaus freundliche Serviceteam unterstützt. Ganz zu Schweigen von der Qualität der Küche. Das begeistert uns jedes mal aufs Neue. Dieses Jahr waren wir das erste mal zu Weihnachten Gast. Die Weihnachtsfeier und besonders die Ansprache von H. Gross Senior hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Er hat die Lage der Welt und die weihnachtliche Botschaft in für meine Begriffe perfekten Einklang ohne aufgesetzte Frömmigkeit gebracht. Das war sehr beeindrucken, besonders auch durch die heimelige Begleitung der Stubenmusik zu diesem Anlass. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!.

Das Personal in allen Servicebereichen ist äußerst freundlich und kompetent. Das Frühstückbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen ... und erst das Abendessen. Danke an das Küchenpersonal. Der Wellnessbereich ist eine angenehme Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Von den Zimmern ist eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Berge.
