I stayed in a two-bedroom suite for two days, the room and service were good, and I checked in the Michelin three-star restaurant memory, which is great! The hot spring is also very big and comfortable! The only dissatisfaction is that the indoor heated swimming pool was told not to swim, and the children were asked to go to the outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool is very small, the water temperature is cold, and it is impossible to swim at all. The original words of the pool management staff are that this pool is used for soaking and relaxing. But this is a standard swimming pool, you can only soak in the water and not move? If you want to relax, why not go to the hot spring next to it. It says that swimming is not allowed in the swimming pool. I don't understand! If the hotel feels that the indoor swimming pool is not suitable for swimming, then the outdoor swimming pool can be enlarged to solve the problem. After all, apart from the hot springs, there are still guests who want to have a good swim!

Bestes Hotel in der Schweiz. Die Wellnessanlage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Die Hotelanlage mit all den Angeboten entspricht einem richtigen Resort. Leider konnte ich den Aufenthalt nicht verlängern sonst wäre ich noch eine Woche geblieben.

Wir haben unseren Aufendhalt sehr genossen - die Möglichkeit der vielen sportlichen Aktivitäten, dass winterliche Ambiente vor dem Kamin (Tannenbäume, Lebkuchenhaus, etc.) , einen wirklich feinen Aperitif an der Bar sowie das Nachtessen im Olives d'or. Ein grosses Kompliment geht an das Personal, dass sich sehr für die Gäste in dieser hektischen Zeit einsetzt.

In diesem Hotel stimmt einfach alles. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Gastronomie ist spitze. Die Spa-Landschaft ist großzügig gestaltet, sauber und bequem eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Unfassbar wie immer. Sehr freundliches Personal, toller Service. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Suites im Spa Tower mit eigener Sauna. Essen bei Sven Wassmer im Memories war die letzten Jahre stets eine kulinarische Spitzenklasse. Danke für alles, viele Grüße LH

Tutto curato come sempre nel dettaglio. (non é la prima volta che ci andiamo) Struttura che offre di tutto. La colazione a buffet offre una vasta scelta...di tutto. Noi abbiamo scelto l'opzione 1/2 pensione....che comprendeva la cena al Ristorante Olives d'Or... tutto veramente squisito, ben curato e il servizio impeccabile. Abbiamo optato per una camera matrimoniale deluxe. Molto accogliente per le nostre esigenze. Questa struttura é comoda perché é collegata direttamente alle terme Tamina. Anche se quando siamo andati noi le terme Tamina...non erano agibili al 100%.. abbiamo ugualmente potuto rilassarci sia li ...che nella stupenda spa del hotel. Tutto ben curato e pulito.

Tolles Wellnesshotel, sehr geräumige und saubere Zimmer. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstückbuffet. Äusserst freundliches und professionelles Personal vor allem an der Rezeption. Sehr gut gelegen, idyllische Location mit Berglandschaft. Weltklasse! Ich komme wieder!
