All of the hotel staff made our stay unforgettable. We were spoiled for six days and always given the fullest attention. The spacious double room was always clean and from the balcony we had a wonderful view of Upper Franconia. You could also feel comfortable in the bathroom. We had half board, there were no wishes left unfulfilled. Even in compliance with the Corona rules, we were offered a beautiful New Year's Eve, with a highlight being the festive six-course menu. We would like to thank everyone who has always taken care of our well-being with their commitment.
