Abbiamo soggiornato 7 giorni a cavallo di capodanno; vacanza eccezionale! Ben posizionata a 2 minuti dalle piste, servizio spa top, ottima la cucina con servizio ai tavoli celere e cordiale, il tutto ben gestito dalla professionalità e simpatia del maitre Mario. Struttura ben curata e pulita, con una attenzione al cliente ben amministrata dal direttore dell’hotel. Un plauso a tutto lo staff. Che dire! Ci rivediamo il prox Natale.

Voor de t****e keer een week in dit fantastische hotel verbleven, we hebben genoten!! Alles is perfect! De ontvangst begint bij de receptie, die gewoon heel erg vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam is, je naar de kamer begeleid en deze was ook wederom geweldig! De wellness is compleet vernieuwd en helemaal geweldig! Voor en drankje na het skien kom je in de bar met een meer dan een professionele barman, de kennis van wijn is ongekend en daarbij wordt een lekker hapje geserveerd! Maar voor het restaurant hebben wij heel veel bewondering, de kwaliteit van het diner en het ontbijt is perfect! De bediening onder supervisie van manager Mario is zeer professioneel en gemoedelijk, volop aandacht, zeer mooie wijnen, alles top! Dit is een hotel om terug te gaan, we kijken uit naar een volgend bezoek!!!

Das 3-Gänge am Abend war hervorragend. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war sehr gut. Die Sportmöglichkeiten waren top.
Die Feuerschale am Abend bzw. der Qualm war störend, da wir genau unser Zimmer oben drüber hatten und nicht lüften konnten.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo stupendo hotel per la nostra settimana bianca ci siamo trovati divinamente, tutto il personale dell'hotel è stato super cordiale e disponibile dalla reception al bar al ristorante dove si nota la grande esperienza del maitre, abbiamo mangiato benissimo per tutta la settimana con piatti vari sia con cucina locale che classica, colazioni super abbondanti, camere belle e spaziose, area spa con piscina adatta per i bambini e un servizio navetta privato puntuale e molto comodo vista la posizione dell'hotel che ti permette di scegliere se essere accompagnato agli impianti di santa croce o a quella della Villa.Grazie siete stati Fantastici, Talmente soddisfatti che abbiamo già prenotato per un altra settimana bianca a gennaio 2025 dove troveremo la Spa ristrutturata e ammodernata non vediamo l'ora a presto.

Tolles Einzelzimmer für eine Motorradtour
Spontan am selben Tag das Einzelzimmer mit 18 qm gebucht. War echt überrascht, das es sich um zwei Zimmer gehandelt hat (Nr. 438) und es war deutlich mehr Platz als gedacht. Das zweite Zimmer war ein kleines Wohnzimmer, mit Sofa, Sessel, Tisch und man alleine doch reichlich Platz.
Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und das Vorspeisenbuffet sehr reichlich, inkl. Speck, Salami, Schinken, etc. Die Frühstücksauswahl war ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig inkl. losem Tee, jede Menge Teilchen und ein echt leckere Cappuccino.
Das Zimmer hatte eine Duschwanne, aber das war ok für mich. Toll ist natürlich nach der Motorradtour das Schwimmbad und den Whirlpool zum entspannen zu nutzen. Das Zimmer geht zwar zur Straße aber ab 22 Uhr oder so lässt der Verkehr sowieso deutlich nach und fängt dann vielleicht erst wieder so gegen 7:30 Uhr an, also passend zum Frühstück und weiter fahren.
Nachdem es nur Vorgänge gibt und diese nicht wirklich das Zimmer verdunkeln, sollte man ggf. eine Schlafbrille mitnehmen.

Parel in de Dolomieten!
Wauw! Wij hadden een Fantastisch verblijf. Echt een Prachtig mooi hotel met heerlijke bedden in een mooie luxe schone kamer. Het personeel zorgt er voor dat je je direct thuis voelt. Speciale vermelding van dank voor het bar en receptie personeel. Super gastvrij!
Daarnaast in de middag een gezellige appertivo met lekkere hapjes.
Dan kan je daarn nog van de wellness en zwembad genieten.
Daarna heerlijk avondeten en tot slot naar de gezellige bar waar een goede zanger pianist de sterren van de hemel speelt.
Hemels verblijf in paradijselijke omgeving.
Voor ons een parel met super personeel.
