The receiption people (Mamaji and their girls) are big cheaters. They sold my pre booked family room and made my family shared two small rooms. Total cheaters. Food is horrible but somehow manageable but rooms are not good and be very very sure that your room booking intact before you arrive.

We as a family of four visited this property only for food both for breakfast and for dinner. Food is quite decent and good. Though they offer buffet, we opted for La-carte as the spread for buffet was too small. Very cleanly maintained property. Staff and owners could be more polite to the guests and this would take the experience to the next level

Good staff with excellent service. The hotel was centrally heated so we were very comfortable. The basic food was also very flavorful & we had a nice stay.

Had a super comfortable stay as hot water was available 24*7, providing for car parking and heated rooms ( very important at midnight temperatures dip below zero) decent food !! Courteous staff and from what I’ve heard this is the best property for the stay at Badrinath with walking distance of 10 mins from the Badrinath Temple!!

The hotel management are cheaters, The pics shared are of new property whereas they promote selling of old property which is in depleted condition and more than double the price of the properties in the vicinity. The amenities in the room are missing and the washroom is dirty. The rooms are very small and cupboards are dirty.
