Ótimas acomodações, quartos amplos e organizados. Atendentes educados. Café da manhã bem completo e com itens frescos. Muito bem localizado, bem no centro! Bom para negócios e para uma viagem com a família.

Hotel bem antigo. O quarto tem bom tamanho mas tudo é antigo, incluindo o banheiro. A janela grande com vista para a praça deixa o ambiente agradável. O restaurante tem opções restritas, mas quebra o galho, a cidade começaa funcionar à noite só à partir de quinta. O café da manhã é mediano.

Há muitos anos não ficava no Obino em Bagé. O Hotel melhorou em relação da última vez. Não havia toalhas de banho no quarto e estava sem o controle da TV, além da limpeza do quarto que estava com restos dos últimos hospedes, mas nada que atrapalhou. A recepção é o diferencial, pessoas altamente qualificadas e de bom humor. Todos muito educados. Parabéns.

O hotel é bom, mas é caro pelo que oferece. Em outras cidades, hotéis melhores custam menos, inclusive da própria rede Obinotel. O Itaimbé hotel de Santa Maria é um exemplo, é da mesma rede, é bem melhor e custa o mesmo valor.

Estive hospedada na noite do dia 25.03.22 no Hotel Obino da Sete de Setembro no Centro, não foi a primeira vez, na verdade foi a terceira vez que fiquei hospedada. O hotel continua com carpetes nos corredores, parquet nos quartos, móveis antigos e com cheiro de mofo. Péssimo atendimento na recepção. O hotel estava vazio, solicitei para trocar para um quarto da frente a recepcionista chegou até ser grossa comigo. Igual quando solicitei a senha da internet, explicou rápido, entendo que teria que ter um passo a passo. O garagem fica distante do hotel. Janta deixou a desejar, o entrecot estava torrado e frio. Achei que não compensa o custo beneficio. Toalhas encardidas. Café da manhã bem simples, somente o básico.

A localização é excelente, com uma vista linda para a praça. O café da manhã é fraco. O tamanho do quarto é bom, mas necessita remodelagem, está desgastado. Tive problema com a limpeza dos lençóis. Os funcionários são esforçados e prestativos.
