Excellente première nuit au Québec : ambiance cosy, chambre très confortable avec accès direct à une terrasse avec vue sur le St Laurent. On se sent comme à la maison. Petite déjeuner gourmand (le pain doré et le smoothie maison furent un délice !) partagé avec les autres hôtes autour de la grande table ronde : un excellent moyen d'apprécier l'hospitalité et la convivialité québécoise. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse et les bons conseils de Mélanie (et pour la balade matinale au bord du St Laurent pour -décalage horaire oblige !- apprécier le lever du soleil sur le St Laurent !) Une très bonne adresse !

Cet endroit est un véritable havre de paix, nous y sommes allés à plusieurs reprises et jamais nous n’avons été déçus. L’accueil de Mélanie fut des plus chaleureux et agréable, la chambre très confortable, la literie parfaite, quel beau séjour nous y avons passé. Sans parler de la vue exceptionnelle face à nous, le fleuve Saint-Laurent dans toute sa beauté.

We had the top bedroom, which has a lovely en suite and views across the water. Very comfortable sleep and wake up again to the great view. Breakfast was a deliberately communal affair with a chance to chat to fellow guests from the other two rooms at the round table. Hostess, Melanie, provided tea and coffee (no juice), fruit and yoghurt, bread (or toast) and jam and waffles with fruit. A lovely bed and breakfast experience.

Beautiful B&B. Beautiful rooms and common areas - modern decor, very clean, and comfortable. Beautiful view! of the St. Lawrence and L'Isle-aux-Coudres. Beautiful breakfast! very delicious dishes. Melanie was very friendly, pleasant, and helpful with information and suggestions - and made the tasty breakfasts. Highly recommend.

Il existe un endroit haut perché à Baie St-Paul où le temps s’arrête Avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le fleuve vous pouvez y vivre au rythme des marées . Nous avons été reçus comme si nous étions des amis de longue date . Accueil chaleureux , propreté impeccable et déjeuner fait avec amour . La table ronde permet des échanges entre les visiteurs ô combien enrichissants . Ce sera un plaisir de revenir car nous y avons trouvé tout ce qu’on cherchait et même plus Jeannot , tu as choisi des hôtes extraordinaires pour te remplacer !!

We highly recommend Gîte au Perchoir. We stayed in the room Haute Mere. The room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were fabulous. Jeannot is an excellent host and made us feel very welcome.
