El servicio genial, muy amables en todo momento, las vistas son espectaculares, nosotros dimos un paseo alrededor del castillo, el desayuno genial, el personal muy atento. Lo único malo fue la chica de la limpieza, que entró para dentro de la habitación. Por lo general si no dejas cartel o te olvidas de ponerlo, la habitación no se hace, pero ella a las 9.30 de la mañana entró. Es lo único negativo. Por el resto genial

A disappoin**ent, the magnificent location, the environment, the common spaces in the same line, the abundant and quality breakfast, but the rooms very, very, very below expectations, a lot of noise, old, not even a bottle of water courtesy or a kettle to drink an infusion that is in any hotel, uncorked walls next to the window and dirty ... well below a hotel of the same category, I expected much more. It would not be bad to improve the quality of the rooms because the price is charged as if they were up to date

Shower flooded the disabled bathroom. Was reported to reception but was not fixed and was worse next day. Had to wait over half an hour to order food AND wine as the maitre d’ had forgotten us – but she did apologise profusely. The food was probably the worst we had in the 4 paradors where we had half board. Tried to charge us for the wine and water, which was included. Got the breakfast order wrong. Nice location but not worth the premium paid given the service.
