訂了兩天的房間入住，房間剛進去，什麼都沒有動，想換一個靠陽面的房間，跟前台那邊反饋，前台説今天沒有房了，明天才能換。嗯，好的，我理解，沒一會看見房間垃圾桶裏的沒有換，裏面還能看到零零散散的烤串煙頭，房間裏的馬桶一股尿騷味，即使是這樣，他們也不給你換一個乾淨房間，就叫來服務員換垃圾，換垃圾時跟服務員説，房間馬桶一股味兒，他説那你開窗通通風就可以了，問有沒有凈化器 也沒有，後續看見酒店點評裏是有空氣凈化器的就是不給你，我也理解，可能沒有了，晚上睡覺的時候還聽到有東西不停的叫，不知道是什麼蟲子，吵了一個晚上了，真的沒有辦法安心的入睡，第二天早早的就起床了，主動聯繫了前台那邊，換了一個陽面的房間，結果房間還沒有打掃好，換去那邊的房間時，房間地板的水漬還沒有幹 .因為實在是太困了，點了兩杯咖啡喝，不小心把咖啡灑在了被單的小角落，電話聯繫前台，需要換一下床單，前台告知第一天入住是需要收取一個換成單的20塊錢費用，後面前台反應過來了，是昨天入住的，就不需要收取，但是是需要收一個清洗費，10到20塊錢之間，個人也表示能理解，後續客房服務員來房間更換床單時告知我們，衹需要收清洗費，後續又去洗漱間沖洗了床單，告知不需要收取清潔費，更換好床單，客房服務員走了，後面來了一位老大哥，用極其不太友好的語氣並且用手指着我們説，咖啡灑到上面去，是需要收錢的，我就明講話，你昨天説要換到陽面的房間我也給你換了，但是我跟你説清楚，是收錢的，後續老大哥下去後，又陸續上來第二次，跟我們説床單上的咖啡污漬是可以清洗掉的，就不要你賠錢了，但是一而再再而三的強調，讓我們入住時要小心使用這些物品，説話態度極其惡劣，我們也有跟老大哥説過，我們並非故意，其次，第一晚時入住體驗極差，我們並非跟酒店去計較，而你身為一個酒店服務人員，卻用着惡劣的語氣，並用着手指指着客人，我真的很無語，我們也不是第一次入住了，但這次入住體驗真的非常的差，剛開始説想要換成陽面的房間，老大哥接到電話後又支支吾吾的説陽面的房間都是雙床房，可後續我們跟他説我們之前過來這邊住的時候住的就是陽面的房間，並且是大床，後續直接掛斷電話，真的很無語這次的入住，以下就是入住的時候所有的不好的體驗，時間明明白白，真的是差差差！！！
