Отель ориентирован на туристов из Индии и ОАЭ, их заселяют в первую очередь, даже не смотря на время, а ты сидишь и ждёшь очереди, хотя прибыл раньше. Ну и соответственно очень шумная публика, и не соблюдается правила гигиены. На завтрак видела как турист ткнул пальцем в арбуз, попробовал сок и пошёл дальше! Ну это только то, что я увидела, благо фрукты здесь не очень, не ем их с первого дня, хотя очень люблю. Удивительно что Азербайджан славится фруктами, а в отеле они не вкусные. Сегодня после уборки оставили дверь открытой. Как так? Хорошо что одежда в принципе никому не нужна, но тем не менее, как горничная так невнимательна к тому чтобы закрыть после уборки за собой дверь? Хочется пожелать отелю так же внимательно относиться и к туристам из ближнего зарубежья, как к туристам из дальнего зарубежья, или позиционировать себя чисто для туристов из Индии, ОАЭ А также улучшить ассортимент фруктов на завтрак

My experience at Alba Hotels was extremely disappointing. During my four-day stay, the hospitality was abysmal and the staff exhibited shocking unprofessionalism. Firstly, the WiFi was non-functional throughout my entire stay, despite repeated complaints. Additionally, my friend's room had a malfunctioning AC which was not promptly fixed despite complaints. The most concerning issue arose when we complained about these problems—the hotel staff responded rudely, shouting at us and discouraging further complaints. They refused to change our rooms or provide basic amenities promptly. Upon arrival, the staff's behavior was alarming as they aggressively grabbed our bags without any greeting, which initially made us fear they were attempting theft. We had to chase them to retrieve our belongings. Overall, Alba Hotels failed on every level of service and professionalism. I would strongly advise against staying there

Worst food, amenities worst, drainage smells in room. I would rate them 2* House keeping services worst. They provide anything before 11am. No proper sheets placed. Bathroom are so small. The bath cubicle a medium healthy person can't get through
