The rooms are clean, neat, and in good condition. The decor and furnishings were good quality and tasteful. The staff were all courteous, helpful, and professional. There were only a couple things that weren't perfect: 1) The sleeper sofa I used was not comfortable but maybe no sleeper sofas so I could simply have unrealistic expectations, and 2) the open atrium has a lot of echos so any noise I hear either from the lobby or the other floors can be heard through the door of my room which I found very distracting when I'm trying to sleep.

Loved our stay here. The rooms were very clean, spacious and well decorated. We had a small balcony overlooking the motorway but it was quiet inside the room. The bathroom was lovely although the shower pressure could have been better. Check in was straightforward. We had everything we needed including a coffee machine, ice bucket (ice machine just up the corridor), iron, hairdryer and fridge. The restaurant/bar on the top floor had amazing views of the city and was a relaxed place for a drink. There is a daily happy hour too. Food was very good. My absolute favourite bit was the pool area. The pool was a lovely temperature and the area was sunny for most of the day. It was a very well presented area with lovely sun beds and cushions everywhere and I loved being there. There is a little cafe-bar beside the pool too. The complimentary wine hour from 4pm till 5pm was a lovely touch and Brian was very accommodating. You could take the wine back to the pool in a plastic cup and there were always at least 2 choices of wine to try. There was also a lovely lobby area to relax and drink your wine in. The valet parking staff were really friendly and helpful and always took an interest in you. We got a deal with free valet parking so that was good. For a hotel of this standard in this part of LA I thought it was very good value. All in all very impressed.

Hiltons in the United States are really expensive, especially during the exam season. Three nights are 6,500 including tax, which is usually less than 5,000.
This Hilton is average, like all hotels in the United States:
1. If you don’t have toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers, you must bring your own
2. The hotel only provides two free bottles of water on the first night. Whether you can get water later depends on your luck.
3. The sound insulation effect is very average, you can hear the cough in the next room.
The overall price/performance ratio is low, not as good as the domestic Hilton. Of course, it is also related to the hotel habits in the United States. I really don't understand that there are no slippers.

Amazing rooms and great staff. Before my arrival received a welcome text from the staff. I did use Amex fine resorts and initially I was in a smaller room but I got upgraded to a suite! The suite was probably the nicest room I have ever stayed in. Totally worth it to upgrade. Beautiful rooms. Restaurants on site have a great patio and outdoor experience. Cocktail bar was great as well. I loved the ability to sit around in the lounge as they had ample seating available for anyone waiting for their room. Will stay here again if I am in LA. Only downside is that there isn’t much in terms of night life in this area but there is a museum and other things across from the hotel. The pool outdoor was also very nice

Stayed here for 3 nights to attend a high school reunion. It is conveniently located in a quiet location and close to the freeways. Stayed on the 4th floor. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We had the daily breakfast which had a nice selection. Annie at the front desk was great. She was very friendly and helpful. Marco in the breakfast area was great too. He was very friendly and attentive. He kept everything clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very unique. It is a photo-taking place and the service is very considerate. It is definitely one of the highest quality hotels in the United States. After all, hotels managed in Hong Kong are obviously of much better quality than hotels in the United States. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but it's pretty good to stay at the Langham level at this price.

So I have pros and cons for this location. We stayed there Saturday through Monday. Here we go Pro: Great location close to freeways, lots of great food and things to do. Pro: Classic older building with a fantastic staff. Super friendly team. Con: The room was just plain hot. There is a guideline on the hotel controlling the air and how cool it is. (We like a cool room) picture attached and it always blew regular air and it was not conditioned and never cold. We asked for a fan and it was on its last legs and barely blew any air. We asked for help and we’re told it was a hotel policy and uncontrollable Con: perk of Embassy Suites is the reception. Bowl with bag of chips and peanuts and only one drink ticket per person. What? This is not what we expect from Embassy Suites. Con: $12 a day for parking is unnecessary and just a gouge. We have certain expectations as a diamond member and this is just not good. Your rating is for your awesome staff and location and environment.

Let me start with the positive. It’s a beautiful hotel that is very minimalism and I stayed in a loft terrace room which was spacious and comfortable and had a great view of the city. In addition as a Titanium member they offered me an upgrade to a suite but as it didn’t have a view I decided against it. Now for the staff and management. I had a charge added to my bar tab that I did not authorise and a valet charge added when I did not valet park. Two staff members here were dishonest and the management, both front office and director of sales seem to think that this is acceptable and did not apologise. They did refund me those charges. And give me back the resort fee. But they told me there was no wrong doing happening at the hotel. I am of the opinion that if someone in the bar adds a service tip that was not authorised that this is fraud. It was a purposeful and deliberate act with the expectation that I would not notice. And clearly an understanding that the management would let it slide. I have spent over 80 nights in Marriott hotels this year, including more expensive brands than this hotel and I’ve had better experiences and better management. Any hotel that allows employees to commit fraud and says no wrong doing happened and does NOT apologise should be investigated and anyone who stays at this hotel should be weary. I’d strongly advise double checking your folio when you leave the hotel. I’m very, very disappointed with this hotel management and Marriott. Be warned.

We stayed March 15 to 17, 2023. Amanda was amazing, asked for an early check-in, she made sure we had it then followed up to make sure we were all set. I had a health medical emergency (hit the emergency button on the phone in the room) and the staff was at our door in one minute, and Tony from the front desk then ensured paramedics got to the room, then secured the room. Staff made sure my husband knew when he arrived later that night and then they followed up to make sure I was okay. This staff, all of them, Georgia? the housekeeper all work together to make sure our stay was excellent. Food is super delish too, and the manager in the restaurant is the best, making certain everyone is all set. THIS IS OUR FAVORITE property (we each are Hilton Diamond), stay here many times, but the extra care and follow-up is so appreciated and reflective of the management. The property is beautiful and quiet, and extremely well maintained.

GGuest UserWe visited Universal Orlando for the first time March 31-April 2 2022 and stayed at Aventura. We loved this hotel. We had 4 adults and 4 kids ages 15, 13, 10 and 4 and we had 2 rooms. It was so close to Volcano Bay. The water taxi at the hotel across the street was so convenient, relaxing and made security a breeze to get through. The food at the hotel had good variety and was reasonably priced. The maid service we had was amazing. She even folded my kids blankets differently each day. Amenities were great and I took home my small shampoo bottles, unlike Disney that doesn't do that anymore. The robots were fun and the room tablets were so useful. We would definitely stay again. **we also stayed on Disney property during this trip and would 100% stay at Universal again before staying at Disney a second time.

HHannJust needed to stay one night to catch a flight the next morning. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit cramped but was overall fine. Breakfast was nothing fancy but was also fine. More options than I thought there would be. The traffic was a bit alarming in the morning getting to the airport. Would recommend leaving early to allow for time.

GGuest UserWhat a perfect boutique hotel! Secluded for privacy but close to everything you would want in Beverly Hills. Beds are wonderfully comfortable and rooms are very clean. All marble baths are luxurious and the rain shower? Perfection! I enjoyed coffee on my balcony each morning watching the city wake-up. Lobby is spacious and welcoming. Restaurant food is superb. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I will most definitely stay here again when my travels bring me to Beverly Hills.

The hotel is old Hollywood and one of the reasons we decided to book here was because my partner stayed over 10 years ago and loved it. We arrived from London after a 10hr flight early afternoon and got checked in very swiftly, this holiday was to celebrate my partners birthday and as such the front desk assistant gave us two vouchers to redeem in the lobby bar. After our first night we also had an envelope put under our door with two more vouchers for Tropicana Bar, we’re not sure why but we assumed it was because of a little loud music on the first night of our stay which didn’t disrupt us too much as we where both pretty tired anyway. On our second night we had drinks in the lobby bar which where very enjoyable and the atmosphere was great. The room here was a tad small but had everything you needed and was extremely clean. The area of the walk of fame isn’t necessarily the most desirable part of Hollywood but despite this we did enjoy our stay and would come back again in the future.

EEmiriThe hotel is directly opposite the Santa Barbara Beach, with beautiful scenery, a good place to go to the beach trestle for breakfast in the evening. Behind is downtown, which is quite convenient for eating and shopping. All the facilities of the room are in blue. There is parking on the first floor, which is charged per day. The rooms are well-lit, but not very large.
