The hotel room was okay, and the location was right opposite a mall but had to cross a huge road to access the mall. The room we had was facing the road at the back of the hotel, which had traffic jams frequently, so there was a lot of noise from the road which disturbed our sleep and rest. There weren't some basic amenities provide as well such as toothbrush and hand soap. Initially, we had issues with the aircon in our room, but after informing the front desk, they sent a technician to fix the issue. The hotel staff we encountered were also nice and we could store our luggage at the from desk.
However, the breakfast was a no go, there were flies everywhere around the food. The food also ran out fast even though we arrived very early, and there were barely any refills. Plates, utensils, and cups were also not clean and oily. It feels like they were very understaffed.

We stayed on night only.
1. Near to airport
2. No early check in possible which was in rules but they should have given priority to that
3. Lots of mosquitoes at every area.
4. Housekeeping: no towels after taking time for clean the room and change the things.
5. No one picks call tbe reception or house keeping departmebt(i have tried som many times)
6. Breakfast: juice feels like water, not up to mark, ants on the food

Kamar cukup luas, kasur juga nyaman, fasilitas lengkap.
Hanya saja kamar & toilet kotooooorrrrr dan tidak diberikan sandal di kamar, seperti hotel yang kurang budget untuk pembersihannya.
Bintang 4 seharusnya tidak seperti ini, kurang valid penilaiannya.

Located quite far from Kuta Beach but grab is always available. Near the Mall, and there's convenience store just a few steps away.
Facilities is good, the pool is great. the gym is under repair.
The room is okay, it seems old and not well-maintained since signs are evident.
Wifi is not strong in my room which is located in second floor.
staff are really great.
Price is a bit high compared to other hotel.
