Cleanliness in the toilet needs to be improved. The bidet is dirty.
Service from the staff also needs to be improved.
There was no good morning greeting from the breakfast staff but they greeted when there were foreigners.
Then when checking in I was also passed by a travel group from Vietnam who arrived after me. When I asked the receptionist, she just looked for a room.
The housekeeping staff was also average and not very friendly when I borrowed a keycard because I left mine behind.
Overall my experience was avg or more to less pleasant

Soundproofing, just awful, you could hear everything in the hallway (especially one night, unlucky with neighbors, perhaps), pool both above and below (so-so), Fox's, better. But we lived for 5,000 with breakfast for two days

Amazing room with city view. 2 amazing pools and the Japanese restaurant is fantastic.

We are very grateful for the thoughtfulness of everyone at the hotel and its restaurants.
When we checked in, we asked where we could buy a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday.
Even though it was on the day itself, the hotel's Japanese restaurant, which we would be using for dinner, the hotel's cafe, and the front desk staff all worked together to prepare a celebratory cake for the second half of dinner, so we were able to celebrate in a fun way.
When we returned to our room, there was also a small birthday cake in the room! My daughter was delighted.
The room was also clean and we were able to relax and feel like we were at home.
Although it didn't have the flashiness of a resort hotel, the service and cleanliness were excellent, and I would definitely like to use it again.
