Upon check-in, they were given the wrong room that was booked!!!
The towels were dirty. Bed linen is dirty. Totally unsanitary.
The hotel is not even worth the money they are asking.
The most you can do at this hotel is leave your luggage before your flight.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It is located in the south alley in South Kuta. We walked here from the airport. It took about 15 minutes to walk. The distance is less than 1 kilometer.
