The hotel is looks old and dirty especially the toilet is so dirty. The shower part is just rain shower and itโs very uncomfortable. Most of the gym equipment is out of order and smells so bad. The blanket is small and old. The toilet floor, sink and toilet bowls is dirty and the air conditioning didnโt work properly and then I change to another room and still didnโt work properly. For the first time I feels itchy sleeping in the hotel. I think this hotel need some refresh and renovations. Thanks

It was cheap compared to 4-star accommodations, but... there were a lot of things I was disappointed with.
The condition of the space with the bed was okay, but
there were a lot of ants,
the shower water pressure was too weak and water splashed everywhere. The drainage didn't work well either.
The soundproofing was so bad that I had to hear groans from the next room at night, and I had to hear the cleaning sound early in the morning.
The water quality in the pool wasn't good.
I asked to change the towels, but they said they had to check because there weren't any. They changed them after checking.
It wasn't too bad for the price, but the service wasn't as good as a 4-star hotel.
The location is not great. Grab is a must wherever you go.
I think I'll stay somewhere else next time.

It was a great stay, great hotel,the pool is big, at 10 am the music starts to play. The room is big and the bed Is so comfy. I liked my stay and will come again definitely. Breakfast is 100.000 not 50.000 as trip.com shows. For one time it's okay, but every day I would take it. Had noodles, very fried chicken, salad leaves, rice and eggs, papaya, pineapple, watermelon

The hotel is good, strategic location, but poorly maintained (echo washer does not work),
There are many staff at the reception but only 1 is willing to handle check in, we have to queue after other guests have finished checking in first,
Security is not very friendly, (maybe because they ride motorbikes and local guests are thought not to be guests staying)

Check in process was pleasant with some welcome drinks, service was great, facilities was decent with a pool and gym.
We did not order any food, but there was a convenience store just opposite the hotel which was very convenient.
