Very good. Good wifi, quite clean and quite quiet. They let me check in early. Very cheap, more than Booking or Agoda. It doesn't have breakfast and it's not useful for people with reduced mobility.

Rating is just average. Very less amenities in room.
The worst thing is unnecassary decoration of picture & orientation of mirror. That makes people scared at night.

The view out in the forest was really the only thing nice of the room. The room was full of mosquitoes and too close to the main road of Ubud ( there wasnt basically even a front door). When addressing these two big issues and asking to change the room the owner laughed at us. 😅 Not recommending it.

The WiFi in room 03 was very weak and intermittent in the room. There was no vent in the toilet. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste, but there were no two free bottles of water. There was also a bad smell in the room. It was the level of a domestic hostel that costs tens of dollars. The location was OK, five minutes away from Ubud Palace.

For one night maybe, it is in the center, convenient, the staff are friendly. But the cleanliness is so-so(( there was hair on the bed and a dirty towel was hanging in the bathroom, from the previous guest. As if the room was not cleaned( I didn't like this 😣 the photo is not original... in reality it is not like that...
