열심히 일해서 또 돈 모아서 또 가고 싶은 호텔입니다. 규모가 워낙 커서 로비에서 룸까지 좀 걸어야 하는데 경치가 아름다워서 힘들지 않았습니다. 어덜트 수영장 아름답고 사우나 매우 만족스럽고 피자리아 파스타 아주 나이스. 선라이스 요가 좋았고(요가매트는 좀 낡았어요) 대만족이었던 호텔입니다.

We had a good time there. Great services. Friendly and helpful staff. Beach isn’t really clean but to be fair that’s not the Hotel’s problem. Initially we were not planning to stay Hyatt in our last night in Bali. But we decided to return for our last night as we wanted to have a perfect ending to our trip. Willl definitely return

The neighborhood, the hotel itself, and the other guests all had a calming atmosphere, making for a very comfortable stay.
The staff were well-trained, attentive, and trustworthy.
I loved that the spa had a sauna and jacuzzi (the cold water bath was great)!
Other areas of Bali are very lively, so I'll definitely come back to the Hyatt in Sanur.
