The bad service I mentioned is not the hotel staff, but the taxi they called was bad, a black car. I asked for a taxi, but the taxi they called did not use the meter. When I set out, the hotel told me it was 120k. When I got there, I gave them 200k, but they didn't give me change. They gave me 30k when I asked for it. I didn't check it at the time, so I calculated it myself and left 70 or 80k for breakfast. It was really rubbish. The whole journey was a little over 10 kilometers. My previous hotel always called a Bluebird taxi with a meter.

It was excellent. For the price i paid, this place was so worth it! The room is large, bathroom is huge and my room directly opened into the pool. Staff were so helpful. Breakfast they have 3 different options to choose from, I loved the Indonesian breakfast option. You can also have it in the pool. The only downside to this place is that the location is probably not the best, but u can easily travel around using Grab or Gojek. Love love this place.

Overall the room was okay. Bathroom was a bit old, feel like it needs some renovations (new closet, tap, shower). Well equipped. Can jump straight to the pool literally, interesting. Bed was good, we had a good sleep there.
Location: very near to the airport, 15 mins to Kuta beach. The alley is small and quiet.
Staff was nice.
