This hotel attracts with its territory, everything is well-kept, lots of greenery, palm trees, several pools, a very beautiful pool with a view of the jungle. The rooms are large, but worn out, the bathroom leaves much to be desired, but overall everything is clean, I liked the hotel. Since there is a jungle nearby, the sounds of nature are heard, it is scary to sleep at night if you are not used to it. It is about 40 minutes walk to the center of Ubud, but it is better not to do this, since the sidewalks are bad, and in some places there are none at all. You can get there by bike in 10-15 minutes. Overall, I really liked the atmosphere of the hotel, we closed our eyes to the shortcomings.

We stayed at this hotel as a family with two children - we took a two-room suite. We went to the center by taxi, about 45 minutes on foot. The store is nearby, a couple of good restaurants are within walking distance.
The breakfast is quite modest, but tasty and you will not go hungry. The territory is green and well-kept.
The photos of the rooms do not correspond to reality, perhaps they were like this 10 years ago. The hotel is old and needs repair. The pools are not cleaned or repaired, even the floor tiles are dirty. The trash is not taken out of the bins, they clean every day, but poorly. It is obvious that when the hotel was new, it was very beautiful. Now it feels like nothing has been done at all for 16 years.

Service: Very service conscious. We had undried clothes and they helped us find a place to dry them after we checked out.

Room floor is dirty like nobody mop it for a month.
Mold everywhere.
Bathtub so dirty with lots of stain.
ฺBedsheet and pillow are dirty with mold inside.
Towel always runs out and hard to ask. Also, pool towel as well.
Room service kitchen close at 9:30. Order at 9:10 in advance before arriving hotel but no one answer. Arrived at 9:20 and staff said kitchen already closed and they are packing to go home. No assistance offered.
Check in staff seems not happy to welcome at all.
