The scenery for breakfast on the 4th floor is very nice, and there is a rice field outside.
When entering the hotel, you have to walk through a narrow path without lights, which is a bit scary😟

This hotel is difficult to find as it is hidden way back amongst other small hotels.
Only walk path (about 100 meters) available to this hotel.
Poor lighting along the path at night where some places hand phone light is needed.
I carried 2 hand carry luggage to and back from main road.

Best breakfast view in Ubud
The best place to stay for the best breakfast view. It lies in the middle of some smaller rice fields, and has a rooftop terrace taller than most buildings around. The breakfast itself was tasty.
The rooms are big and clean. Only complaint would be that there is a gap in the door, so mosquitos can come in. We were not bothered by it, as we used AC and some mosquito spray during our stay. Oh, and there is no pool (but we had a lot of other stuff to do anyways).
The biss himself was really friendly and got us a really nice driver for our return flight.

Hibiscus times
Lovely stay at the Hibiscus Cottage...made to feel very welcome by the staff, lovely spacious cottage with shower/tub, air con and good storage space...bed was comfy and had a great night's sleep...location very close to centre yet tucked away in quiet spot. Really enjoyed my stay - thanks!

10/10 paradise!
This place offers the true Bali experience, with lovely garden area and accommodation. Gorgeous place that you will not want to leave. The rooftop terrace at breakfast is fabulous and an incredible view. The breakfast made each morning was so lovely and I would stay here again if I return to Ubud! Great location and somewhere I will remember fondly. 10/10

Overall an amazing stay. The hotel cannot be accessed by car, only on motorbike or by foot, it is only a SHORT walk from the road where cars can go so do not let this walk deter you from staying here!our hosts were wonderful and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the hotel in a quiet area of ubud but easily walkable to the sites in town we wanted to see and very close to shopping, spas and restaurants.
Great views from the room and rooftop where breakfast was served each morning. When we return to ubud we will definitely be staying here again!

Another excellent stay at Hibiscus Cottages
We had an excellent stay at Hibiscus cottages. Nice room, peaceful location next to rice fields just a short walk from the centre of Ubud.
I recommend the green (pandan) banana pancakes for breakfast!

Great value for your money
Definitely, a great value property is located within a few blocks from the main street in Town. The staff was very attentive, the rooms were well-maintained and the style of the property was fantastic. Complementary breakfast was very tasty.
