Very disappointed
Facilities: very old, musty smell in the room, hair dryer needs to be requested from the front desk
Hygiene: many small insects, damp bedding
Environment: very natural environment, woke up by frogs at 5am
Service: it takes a long time to walk up and down the hill to get in, not suitable for the elderly, the waiter did not help carry the bag

I don't recommend the superior room.
I wish they'd replace the lock on the entrance. It was hard to lock and I had trouble every time.
Also, the toilet tank was broken and the water wouldn't flush, which was terrible.
The photos are all fake, and they seem to be from the neighboring facility. (Or maybe the grounds used to be bigger?) There was only one large pool, and I was disappointed that there was no mee goreng or nasi goreng for breakfast.
I didn't know this because it was my first time in Ubud, but all the restaurants were open from breakfast, so I'm glad I didn't bother to make a reservation for breakfast at the hotel.
By the way, the location is great!
In the Ubud area, local taxis are not allowed to use apps like gojek to depart due to the protection of their rights, so if you plan to use them, it's best to choose a hotel with a car valet. (There was one here)

The hotel is a garden-view hotel, all low-rise, two-story high, with nice views and Indonesian characteristics. The rooms are of moderate size, clean and tidy, and the facilities are slightly old, but they do not affect the use. This hotel is just beautiful. The only downside is the walk from the road to the room. The area inside is very beautiful and it has many monkeys roaming around. The breakfast selection was limited but it was enjoyable. The outside bathrooms are beautiful and just overall nice. The bed is soft and very comfortable. We will definitely book here in the future.
