Arrived, finally, from Denpasar Airport to Biorock Homestay exhausted past 11pm. A normal 4 hrs journey took 7+ hrs due to ceremonies caused heavy traffic. Luckily, I had a contact to call as the staff left at the homestay. I was let into my room by Koman, later found out to be the boss, and a very welcome bed. The hotel is situated away from the main road, so traffic noise was at a minimum. It is very close to the beach, less than 1 min and many warung eateries. All the staff at the homestay I've met were friendly and helpful. It is a very easygoing and relaxing place. The inclusive breakfast was tasty and hearty. Do try their banana and pineapple pancake. It's a meal on its own. Beer prices here were similar to local supermarkets. The room I booked was spacious and had all I needed. Maybe I would like a TV, but it would've increased the very low price I paid for the room. The landscaped garden is full of mango trees, and I was given a couple to try, delicious fresh mangoes picked direct off the trees. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I am looking forward to returning to Biorock Homestay soon. Diving from the attached diving centre, Bali Ocean Reef, was also excellent. Reviewed separately.

Biorock homestay est un petit hôtel plein de charme , nous y avons passé une semaine cet été , son petit jardin et nos petits déjeuners en terrasse nous manque . Le personnel est très attentif et aux petits soins , nous recommandons ce petit coin de paradis sur cette île magique Gros plus , le club de plongée dans l hotel , et son équipe au top

We had an incredible time at Biorock Homestay. The facilities are basic, everything is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Komang runs a diving facility and we were able to book all outings with him.
