Все понравилось. Уютные бунгало со всем необходимым. Очень отзывчивый и внимательный персонал, быстро и с улыбкой реагировали на все даже незначительные просьбы. В стоимость включен пробный сеанс массажа. Потрясающий вид на океан со скалы, на которой расположен отель, фантастические закаты.

We stayed 2 nights at this Hotel. We were attracted by its beauty, location and peaceful atmosphere. Far to say, although it was beautiful, the experience was not positive at all. When we arrived to the hotel my friend had a minor accident with a car in front of the hotel parking. Since the driver of the car did not speak English and was getting quite aggressive we decided to ask for help to the hotel staff. We went inside and asked DOUGLAS (name of the staff member) if he could translate for us and help us communicate with the driver in order to reach an agreement. Even though he was completely free and wondering along his desk, he told us he was too busy and was not going to help us. This sentence along with his condescending attitude really impacted our first impression of the hotel. My friend and I tried to explain to him that we were just guests trying to have some help from the local hotel staff in order to understand what the driver meant. He constantly denied us help and treated us terribly poorly even if my friend was very visibly upset and crying. We had to solve the issue by our own means. He then did not even acknowledge the issue and proceeded to mock us by asking us if we wanted welcoming drinks before our check in. Moreover, on our last day our flight was delayed and we had to call and Indonesian number to proceed with four flight changes. Since we were unable to use our phones to call and Indonesian number we asked to the reception staff if we could use the hotel phone. Some staff memebers agreed but after talking with DOUGLAS he told us that we could not. We asked if there was a way to donate simple call with their phones and he rejected us in a very rude and condescending way again. This is proof that although the hotel is pretty, general staff is nice and food was good; a single rude and terribly insensitive staff member (DOUGLAS) can ruin your experience. So if you are looking to places to stay in Uluwatu I would never recommend this hotel for the lack of help and humanity we received from the staff (DOUGLAS)

Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Avevamo prenotato tramite Booking e la stanza non era come quella nelle foto. Ci sono vari tipi di alloggi, i bungalow attorno alla piscina molto belli, delle stanze in muratura sopra all’area dell’ingresso e una struttura in muratura su retro. Avevamo una stanza a piano terra quindi con zero privacy date le due finestre e la porta a vetri, ci hanno subito spostati in una al primo piano, meglio anche se ci sarebbe molto da dire sulle finiture. I bagni sarebbero decisamente da rifare o almeno avere qualche accortezza in più. La zona della piscina e circostante è molto bella ed è divertente il fatto che ci si possa sedere un po’ dove si vuole per i pasti. Il cibo è buono. L’accesso alla spiaggia un po’ assurdo… non seguite il cartello alla destra della piscina, finirete in un campo pieno di cacca di mucca e non capirete come arrivare alla spiaggia, guardando l’ingresso della struttura proseguite lungo la strada e dopo pochi metri vedrete uno sterrato che scende a destra. La spiaggia è molto bella al tramonto ma difficile fare il bagno per la quantità di rocce. L’ immondizia sparsa ovunque purtroppo cancella abbastanza l’entusiasmo. Inoltre il servizio spa e massaggi è davvero ottimo.

Смотрите реальные фото. Такой отель оставит самые негативные впечатления если вы впервые на Бали. К счастью это наша не первая поездка, забронировали на 3 суток, сбежали от туда на первые сутки. Деньги конечно нам никто не вернул. Но лучше оставить эти деньги им чем жить там. Рейтинг отеля в букинг и агода полностью не соответствует! Катастрофически старый, без ремонта и грязный отель. Все стены замусолены грязью. Потолок весь в потеках. Холодильник это ужас, как такое вообще можно было в номере оставить. Весь в грязи и ржавчине. Все постельное белье в пятнах желтых и кровеных. Дверь в ванную еле держится. Раковина грязная, маленькая и находится среди комнаты с не в ванной. В бассейне даже не видно дна, такая там грязная вода. Весь в отель в таком плачевном состоянии. Контингент отеля полностью соответствует его состоянию. От этого и рейтинг такой. Снимали 2 номера на всю семью, уехали после первой ночи в отель напротив Flowers. Там и территория прекрасный и чистый бассейн, деревянные бунгало хоть и простые но приятные и чистые. А еще там вкусно. А вообще район словно не пережил пандемию. На пляже все заброшено и грязно . Последний раз были в этом районе 5 лет назад, из нового пару отелей, все остальное просто развалилось (

Noi abbiamo preso una una camera Superior con letto condiviso. Avevamo buone aspettative vista la piscina e la sala ristoro, che si presentano infatti molto bene. Siamo rimasti molto delusi nel trovare la stanza con arredo minimale (pochissimi ripiani e il bagno praticamente vuoto) e molto sporca (presentava muffa e pareti parzialmente scrostate ovunque). Inoltre, le lenzuola del letto presentavano delle macchie e capelli di altre persone. A parte questo la stanza non sarebbe stata nemmeno terribile, solo molto trasandata. Lo stesso invece non si puo' dire del bagno, completamente privo di arredamento, sporco e non adeguato agli standard del resto della struttura. Infine, il wifi non funzionava, le prese delle corrente si staccavano dal muro e non era prevista la doccia con acqua calda. Mi dispiace molto ammetterlo, ma davvero non ci siamo trovati bene. Sconsigliato.

Not very pleasant place. Strong feeling it was build just to ***** tourists off money and provide bare minimum. Bad state of rooms (non ac room), very slow almost dysfunctional Internet. When I tried to fix it with the staff they arrogantly tried to convince me that it works and dismiss me as a customer. The last even said the legendary line:” Wi-Fi here for vacation not work “ :))) (they advertise fast Internet and I had made sure to tell them I need it for daily work To number for the owner which didn’t bother to respond to my calls or messages. Score: fraudulent place.
