Absolutely incredible. Beautifully presented and maintained villas, with a small but lovely pool which we had to ourselves the whole time. The staff were exceptional, always willing to help. My favourite thing was the daily breakfast - hands down amazing. Get the banana pancake, it will not disappoint! The added inclusion of afternoon tea was very sweet. Very romantic and perfect for a couple. The location is out of Ubud centre, but you are surrounded by the jungle & every morning I had to pinch myself! Only a 10 minute scooter ride into the centre of Ubud which is no hassle at all. I loved every moment of my stay at Cloud Nine, and I will stay here again if I ever come back to Ubud! The only small negative was the stairs! No one warned me about the stairs! It was a workout everyday to leave the villa, and coming back after dark can be a little dangerous. However, I chose to see it as a way to get a little fitness into my holiday! We are a couple in our mid 30s who have a very regular gym routine, so it wasn't an issue, but it could be for some people - especially the elderly or anyone with injuries. Also, the local geckos visit every night and leave you little droppings on the floor! Be careful not to stand in them when you get up each morning. The staff would always clean this up on the daily room service.

Lack of honesty and integrity We booked a Villa, but right after they charged and send the email confirmation, they said there was a mistake in the room price, and without notice, regarding their responsibility (they are the one who tag the price, and even though if a mistake was they should assume the error, and never ever cancel without notice....... It was even a non refundable booking.... This I could expect from a 1 star hotel, but never ever from a property that wants to sell it self as a luxury hotel...... It's not....... Thus wouldn't happen in a honest and competent administration
