I regard this as a great find. Close to everything you need. Good range of rooms and villas The service (or lack of) of 1 staff member stopped me from giving this place a perfect score. I related my feelings to the front desk as the manager was not available. I hope that is addressed because this person let the whole team down.... everyone else was great.

love the spacious room and easy access to the pool. there's a cafe upfront for morning cafe as well.

I've stayed here multiple times and Ive never had an issue , good place and location , great staff and very clean

We love the villa👍 Its clean n spacious for 6 of us! We were greeted at the front desk by one of the staff. She was super nice n friendly. Our stay had complimentary breakfast but because we had a super early start to both of the days, the staff suggested we take away the breakfast. They had it packed up for us the next morning to bring along for our trip to mount batur n oso our check out day!! Awesome service!! Really wud recommend families or even friends to stay at tis villa👍
