The housekeeper upgraded the room at night. The location, service and hygiene of the hotel are all very good. The sea is not very beautiful. The hotel is divided into the beach hotel area. The flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel in the early morning. The housekeeper still patiently led us to explain the room tour. I won't go into details about the environment and scenery. All the staff were kind and friendly and served with a smile. The pest control in the room and public areas was done very well. The service was just right and attentive. We checked out for the flight that night. At noon, the hotel noticed that my family had cold symptoms and proactively provided a temporary room for us to stay in from the afternoon until we went to the airport in the evening.

We had a ocean facing one bedroom suite. Whilst it was spacious, the suite looks dated and needs refurbishment. It was also dusty when we first checked in. We provided feedback to the front desk that evening and problem was immediately rectified. We hope the resort can keep up the resort to give the best first impression to their customers in the future.
