Stayed here for 6 nights at the beginning of May. The stand out impression was the friendliness of all the staff. The room we had was rather large and as with the rest of the hotel exceptionally clean. The pool was lovely as to the beach. We stayed on a AI bassis and unlike other AI the food was of a really good standard and you are able to order off menu on the AI package. We had quite a few trips booked which required an early start, there was no problem nipping in for breakfast earlier than the time advertised. The Italian restaurant was well worth a visit. Also tried the Spar out, which was well worth the money. It's a really good place to relax and use as a base to explore Bali.
