The room is small, the layout is very unreasonable, the privacy is not very good, the basic facilities are complete, the surrounding environment is very good, just by the sea, even the houses in the nearby residential areas are very beautiful and worth watching.

Everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Location was perfect. What wasn’t close by was a short drive away. Ocean across the road, river around the corner. Most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on and the layout of the rooms maximises privacy. Garden setting is very nice. It was an amazing stay!

Great clean Motel in the centre of Ballina, bed was extremely comfortable and rooms were very spacious for my family. Many food options right outside the door. 200m away from the river with lovely family walks to do and great bike paths. Workers are so kind and helped with all my needs. My family loved coming here and would definitely come back.

We spent 4 nights here while in Ballina. Our room (No 12) had a nice view onto the back garden where we could watch the chickens peck away at the garden. The room was very clean and tidy and well serviced and of a good size. The only negative was that the sliding door into the bathroom had a broken track (missing most of the ball bearings) and wouldn't slide. I found one ball bearing on the track and did a bit of a repair so that it had some sliding motion.

The price is not high, a typical motel, suitable for self-driving choice of station. Location: 30 minutes drive from Byron Bay; 2. Facilities: The decoration is old, but does not affect the use; 3. Therefore, a hotel that matches your spending power and feels cost-effective is a good hotel. We booked the hotel late, and there was no room at a suitable price, and the available rooms were too expensive to accept. This was the only one, so we chose it. It is also a kind of fate.

The location is good, it is attached to the road and close to the center. We had taken an accommodation with a room with a large bed and a bunk bed for three that we were going and our surprise was that they gave us a much better and larger one with two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with four bunk beds, living room, bathroom, toilet for the same price. I think it was because we didn't have Wi-Fi because of the floods that had occurred, but a great detail on his part. The facilities very well. There are courts to play tennis and they provide you with the material. There are common areas where you can have a meal with many people equipped with refrigerators, tables and benches, sinks and even a toaster and kettle, as well as a drinks machine. It has a beautiful park for children and a swimming pool with good hammocks. The personal is ver kind and helpful. The general impression is very good, in fact we would return for sure if we lived here, but in any case we recommend it.

It was a great room very spacious, catered to my needs.Wanting a quieter room at the back of the property.Nice architecture and simple decor.Outside could hear the birds singing . Outside a little hard to park elavated on a slope parallel parking to the property. Practical , mini fridge was quiet , a round table with chairs to have takeaway dinner and all utensils handy. Bed was comfortable , good subtle lighting. For some reason my room didn't have an airconditioner/ heater remote. Mentioned it at checkout to the owner, so was a cold night. The blanket was a bit light and not warm enough. Sheets were crispy and large. Otherwise bathroom was a good size and warm water straight away. No lock on the inside of the door, but has a outside lock. Good location on a roundabout. Lismore is a beautiful suburb with great restaurants. Easy to navigate the motel was a budget price in a nice area.
