The room is small, the layout is very unreasonable, the privacy is not very good, the basic facilities are complete, the surrounding environment is very good, just by the sea, even the houses in the nearby residential areas are very beautiful and worth watching.

The room is not big, but the kitchen equipment is quite complete, there is no problem in cooking for yourself! Booked for two big and one small occupancy, so it is a double bed + a single bed room type. Good choice~

Cabin were small for the price $150 night, beds were good, air-con worked well. Good size ๐บ TV. Very quiet park in terms of no noises guests during my stay,so quiet, found it strange no children here, no playground! Small pool but nice. What bother me with the cabin, was right next to toilet and shower block, so the outside lights are on the whole night and shined through the side window. For a week stayed, you would think they put me in another cabin. Didn't mention it as couldn't be bother to move after day 1. I found this park good location, short walk to shops, through the side lane of the bus port. The staff were nice and helpful if you needed anything! I found the park quiet boring and Byron wasn't the place for me, not sure what the fuss is about Byron! Beach were average and cafe very tactic looking, Woolworths centre was nice to visit. Some nice looking clothes shop! Been all around Australia, Byron would have to be my least favorite place and that's a week I won't get back ๐

I requested to stay in a mixed dorm but I believe it was only in the male dorm, like a dorm with little space, but at least for luggage the locker was large, the bunk bed wasn't very comfortable nor was the pillow!
Good service, everything I needed, they helped very quickly, and the shower was beautiful, strong, hot water and even though it was shared, it was clean, as was the entire bathroom, always clean and odorless.

Having not been to Byron since 2006, I came for a night with a friend. We didn't want to be spending in to the 100s for a room we would only sleep in. We opted for the Cape Byron YHA. For $70, we got a twin room with a double and a bunk. The room was pretty bare, no TV - But it had a clothes hang/store area / mirror / enough plugs for the 2 of us. The bed was comfy and the covers were clean and warm (you have to ***** the bed upon check out). There were 3 or 4 showers in the block on our floor, same for toilets - you needed the swipe card to get in - again clean, warm. The kitchen area was large - this grossed me out a little - but it's been a long time since I backpacked Oz and needed to cook for myself in such. The pans were old and pretty grubby. You had to get your plates etc from reception - but we had ours with us. The tea towels were rank - I wouldn't use. The worst however was a bloke in the kitchen coughing all over the place - not the hostels fault, but nasty nonetheless. Needless to say, we didn't go sit and eat by him - we ate on our balcony which had a table and 2 chairs. During COVID-times and no flights coming in to Oz, this hostel serviced a range of ages - I am 40 and there were people older than me there. I found the hostel more like a motel. Good location and good wifi.

It is estimated that there are very few Chinese people who book a trip to Byron Bay on Ctrip. The reviews are all translated from English, so they are not very useful for reference. I will write a few words here for reference in case there are people who know this place and want to travel there.
First of all, there are very few Asians in Byron Bay. For those who just want to check in at a certain place and take a photo to post on WeChat Moments, it is quite boring here. It is recommended to go to Bali or Phuket. The place is simple and not high-end. The hotel we stayed in... The whole Australia is almost the same - the hardware is old and shabby. The decoration of the all-seasons level is very good, at least it should be considered a four-star... There are not many attractions, so Asians who are afraid of the sun can take a detour.
This hotel is old and there is no daily cleaning. It is an โapar**ent-styleโ hotel, which means that you live in an apar**ent and you are responsible for cleaning and taking out the garbage during your stay. It is clean and tidy inside, but it is really too old. The tableware, cups and plates are all large and small, and they are all pieced together. Anyway, practicality is important, and other things don't matter. The location is very convenient, very close to the main beach and the downtown area (but these places are usually crowded and relatively cheap).
However, there is a restaurant on the main beach. Every afternoon, happy hour costs more than 30 Australian dollars, two glasses of wine + a large plate of fresh shrimps, which are large and delicious. It is a good deal. If you say you will come again tomorrow, the boss may not be happy...
Walking out of the hotel, on the busiest street outside the main beach, I drank white wine and ate oysters in several restaurants during happy hour. I found that the price of oysters varies greatly, and some are twice as much. If I donโt explore and compare, I really donโt know.
Back to this hotel, the overall target audience should be backpackers. From the perspective of this group, it may be very satisfactory. Therefore, a hotel that matches your spending power and feels cost-effective is a good hotel. We booked the hotel late, and there was no room at a suitable price, and the available rooms were too expensive to accept. This was the only one, so we chose it.
It is also a kind of fate.

The location is good, it is attached to the road and close to the center. We had taken an accommodation with a room with a large bed and a bunk bed for three that we were going and our surprise was that they gave us a much better and larger one with two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with four bunk beds, living room, bathroom, toilet for the same price. I think it was because we didn't have Wi-Fi because of the floods that had occurred, but a great detail on his part. The facilities very well. There are courts to play tennis and they provide you with the material. There are common areas where you can have a meal with many people equipped with refrigerators, tables and benches, sinks and even a toaster and kettle, as well as a drinks machine. It has a beautiful park for children and a swimming pool with good hammocks. In the area where the washing machines and dryers are located, they have put a large stall to hang clothes, since it is forbidden to hang them on the folding stalls that are in each accommodation. The personal is ver kind and helpful. The general impression is very good, in fact we would return for sure if we lived here, but in any case we recommend it.

Excellent
JJINGParking is free, the environment is particularly good, you can see the yacht, it is very suitable for taking children, you can run along the river in the morning, next to a large shopping supermarket. No breakfast, there is a shared laundry room. The Italian restaurant downstairs is open late in the evening.
We booked three rooms last minute and the owners were helpful and accommodating. Reasonably priced, the rooms were clean and quiet and the kids loved the pool. Within walking distance to Ballina bowlo for a decent feed. Bonus for bird lovers - a really cute friendly parrot lives in reception.
We always try to stay here when passing through Ballina. Highly recommendable hotel. We loved the contemporary room design. We were running late which was no problem for a later check in. We found the facilities were excellent, with everything provided for cooking and personal items. Very well appointed rooms. Nothing to fault.
GGores54We stayed in Unit 30, 2nd floor 2 bed sea view (glimpses). Our unit was very comfortable, great extra large king size bed. Living area had air conditioning while two bedrooms had ceiling fans. The gardens, pool area and hot tub/spa were immaculate. Premises is only one street back from the main Lennox Head shops and restaurants. Fully set up kitchen. NOTE: Each of the units here are separately owned but are managed by the team at the resort so the facilities in each unit can vary.
Great location- walk to beach, lighthouse, restaurant . Perfect getaway for a romantic weekend - or a few days longer! Loved the room spa. King bed sooo comfortable- The grounds pool, spa and sauna well looked after. The staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely will return.
GGuest UserPlace is clean, repainted newish furniture friendly staff but, there is no area to place your luggage other than the floor, the A/C is the 70โs type built into the window, heaven help if you were here in summer. With the A/C itโs on and noisy or off and warm. The celling fan gives some relief and at least itโs quiet.
GGuest UserThe northern rivers region has had a tough few years. Floods, Covid, floods and again.. floods. You could understand if people were tired and short of patience in these situations but.. from the moment I arrived here everyone of the staff were smiles and welcoming . They cannot do enough to assist their guests and are happy to be available. The hotel is clean and comfortable and has all that the average traveller would need. Housekeeping daily and they clean everything . Whilst I was the guest here, it was my privilege to stay. Supporting small regional business is important but to support one that gives 100% to service is a rare treat and I enjoyed my stay.
