Every staff speaks good English, very nice. The environment is extremely amazing. There forces you to put down your phone enjoy your holiday because there has no signal at all. But in the resort providing WiFi (not free). We definitely will go there again

The most expensive and farthest compared to other rafts.
Personally, I'm not wowed. The service is so-so.
If you book through an agent, you may have to pay extra for the meal.
Must check well
If finding a price from another agent is cheaper The school will offer a more cost-effective package. Book with the school. It will be worth more.

They didn’t respond to my email about how to get to the hotel, had to figure it out on my own. Don’t respond to social media messages either which is a shame. The place is hard to get to. The food was alright. But the view makes up for all of the above.

We stayed 2 ppl at rai500 hotel .the view is stunning and the staff was so kind and kept making sure we had everything and more ..especially when we booked a group tour to the diamond cave on the day we had to check out..the hotel understood the trip didnt match the time line of the check out so they went out of their way to organize a solo tour just for us 2 making sure we will come back on time..the tour it self was amazing our guid tour Nipha is so nice and intresting..thank you so much you are amazing😊

One of the best places I have had the privilege to visit. The staff has great English skills and is so very accommodating and helpful in any requests. Food is great and the portions are very large. Went on excursions and had a great guide by Nippa who had knowledge of the places and took our safety and physical abilities seriously.

The floating villas were beautifully designed, offering both comfort and a unique experience of being immersed in nature. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, attending to every detail with warmth and genuine hospitality. Waking up to the serene lake views and having breakfast on the deck was a highlight of our trip. The activities, including kayaking and exploring the nearby limestone cliffs, were incredible and added to the adventure. Dining at the resort was also a pleasure—the meals were delicious, with a great mix of local flavors and international options. 500 Rai Resorts is a true escape for nature lovers and anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway. We arrived with four couples and beautiful day. the staff was warm and welcoming to us. Our room was well appointed and clean- very comfortable with amazing views. Food was beyond expectations. It is very very good given location and the remoteness the location. The activities will keep you occupied for a couple days. We can’t say enough good things about the staff.
