great new clean hotel, the pool isn’t big but nice so is the gym. it seems to be near the airport but in fact it’s not and the road leading to the airport is under construction so it takes very long to get to the airport.

I made an appointment one day in advance to leave for Don Mueang Airport the next morning. I also translated the text on my mobile phone and took out the flight to show them. As a result, I still came to the airport the next day. As a result, I missed the flight and couldn't cancel the flight.

This is a brand new hotel, so everything is clean and tidy. Swimming pool looks awesome and all the staffs are friendly as well. Even though I arrived around 4am in the morning, I was able to check-in without any delays. Also, you can taste a really good authentic pad thai at the 1st level cafe. I guess the only minor downside is the distance from the airport, which costs around 200 baht by grab. Worth the 4 stars, place very clean i think its a new hotel, only things i can say about is they should put an ice machine since there is no convenience store near or walkable from the hotel. And the employee wanted to charge us 50 baht for a cup of ice. Also the buffet need to be improved a little bit , nothing to do a proper basic breakfast sandwich or simple as a toast with cheese or ham . Overly for a few days stay comfortable I definitely recommend.

room are clean and tidy. The towel has dirt. The receptionist don't know English. Adaptor need charge 80B. Take around 25 mins to airport. All in all, could find a better one instead.

The room is ok, the staff is friendly, but i would not recommend to eat there. You have to order the food in the starbucks shop, and the staff has to take the food from as another building where the kitchen, There are only 3 tables, the food is very expensive, cold, the taste is horrible (i was more than 50 times in Thailand, but never ate a worst food like this). We ordered vermicelli salad and curry chicken! It tooks more than 1 hour to get our food after ordering and the vermicelli salad had no vermicelli inside and the curry chicken was without any chicken. After complaining they made at least some rice noodles into the salad and made some chicken cooked in water and added to the curry! The room, lobby and restaurant are packed with mosquitos! How can this be rated as a 5* Hotel?

Good location, very clear road, no traffic jams. The food at the hotel is good, reasonable price. Booked for a friend to stay. My friend said the bed was comfortable. My friend liked it very much. The hotel is quite new, beautifully decorated.
