When checking in and talking with the staff at night, I was able to understand the situation. that the room that was reserved did not have the lights on and it looked completely dark Then the staff offered us a room in a new building that sleeps 3 people, of which we reserved 2 rooms. When we opened the bedroom for 3 people, it smelled musty. So we asked what the original room we reserved was like. The staff said that there was more smell than this room. So we were forced to choose to sleep for 3 people, and the night staff said that breakfast was provided in this room and that tomorrow they would inform the staff of the difference back because the price paid for 2 rooms was more expensive than the price the staff had asked us to move to a room for 3 people. About the night. It's over. ***But the issue is in the morning. The manager walked to the dining table and informed that he would not refund the difference because the room you requested to change/the room you reserved did not have breakfast. We were confused because when booking, we understood that there was no breakfast. But the employee reported that they thought that the room they were moved to had breakfast. And most importantly, the employees communicate very poorly. We did not request to move rooms ourselves. But the employee suggested that 3 people stay in a room and the manager also claimed that the room price had been reduced from 1900 to 1200. As for breakfast, he would like to deduct from the difference. We are not stuck with anything. Because breakfast isn't bad. But the more disappointing feeling was that we wanted to move rooms and not take the room we had reserved. And recommend to people who will come to stay that they agree with good staff. So you don't have to feel bad on your rest day.
