FabHotel Rotano Suites Yelahanka

Needed a cheap hotel not too far from the airport for a couple of nights, we had to move rooms 3 times! The noise from some internal heating duct sounded like a helicopter was landing on the roof - it went on till 11pm!! Then at 6am, building work started outside our (first) room - not their fault I understand but they could have told us. AC didn't work, windows didn't close properly, key didn't fit the lock and took ages to lock the door and to open it (this is the first room we were given). Second room better, AC worked but still noisy from the internal fan - but not as bad. Worst of all was that I paid the deposit online to hold the rooms twice and they denied I had paid and told me to call the central office and would do it themselves. An Indian friend of ours, who lives locally, called the central office and of course, 'hey - they found my money'. Not very helpful staff. Would never stay here again. For the quality of this hotel, it needs to be half the price - especially as it's pretty much on a major road and junction too!

I visited FabHotel Rotano Suites in Yelahanka for 2 days. Overall it was good, except for car parking. The small place in front of the hotel is called parking. Very disappointing as soon as i reached the hotel. Unfortunately, my car got a very nice big sets of scratches. I suggest, not to book this hotel if you driving in your car.
