After booking for close to 2 weeks I found out that I would have to return home early for a medical appointment - Informed the hotel on day 1 that I would have to return early and could only spend 7 nights. However they still charged me for the full stay, quoting the T & Cs of the rate that I had been given. They showed little appreciation of my situation and added stress to an already stressful situation. For clarity the T&Cs were that you could only make a change to your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your booking. I was arguing that they had a weeks notice with regard to the days that I was cancelling. Other than that the hotel is perfectly adequate, the location is good. The food in the bar and buffet was not great but the pool side restaurant was good. The gym though small had good equipment. Cleanliness of the hotel was very good.

Excellent celebration of Durga Puja with delectable Bengali food at Hilton. The lunch buffet spread consisted of a series of Bengali specialties from starters to dessert. Particularly enjoyed the luchi and mishti dpi. Had a wonderful experience, shout out to Sandeep for the superb service !

Ajay, from housekeeping, did a fabulous job making sure all my needs were met. Each night as I arrived from work to my room it was clean, restocked, and was in mint condition. See the photo attached for the extra care Ajay used to make sure I felt at home. Thank you, peace!

My two-week stay at Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golf Links was a bit like a golf game—initially, I found myself in the bunker. The first few days? Let’s just say I learned the true meaning of “roughing it.” But hey, what’s life without a few bogeys, right? Thankfully, after those first four days, things took a sharp turn for the better! The room mix-up was resolved, and I was treated to hospitality that could make anyone forget the early hiccups. Special shoutout to Tanmay and Sagar, whose service was nothing short of a hole-in-one. These guys are in a hospitality league of their own! The food? Absolutely ace—whether you’re craving variety or quality, they’ve got you covered. Oh, and when I had a few days of office visits, they kindly swapped my breakfast for dinner, which was a real lifesaver for my schedule (and my stomach!). In the end, all’s well that ends well. Hilton may have started as a bogey but finished with an eagle. Would I return? You bet! This strikes a light, fun tone while sharing the ups and downs of your stay!

The restaurant ambience Was very good .I got very good hospitality by anuj and Sanjura. We got to visit Ministry of food due to business Lunch organised by Texas Instruments,and our team look to organise more business lunch here because it was very good experience there.
