I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The services are great. The duty manager was exceptional responsible and took time to follow up with my cancellation of a night due to a last minute change. However, the room I stayed was rather rundown and towels provided were not really as clean (greyish with stains). Sockets on the bedside were not working. Breakfast selection is also average.

We liked the hospitality of Arpitha HS who was in the reception area. She took great care of us. But the staff in the resteraunt were confused and not attentive. Some of them were busy having their own lunch and didn't bother to listen to our request.

I stayed at The Oterra for two weeks during a business trip, and it was a great experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. The security team Kanhu/Sushil/Mandhu/ Nimai greeted me with warm smiles every day, making me feel safe and welcome. The front desk staff were willing to help with any request, and the travel desk team was always accommodating. A special thank you to Hanumantha for the smooth airport transfer and enjoyable conversations. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping my room spotless throughout my stay, with a special mention to Bimol, whose cheerful attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Bangalore.

A wonderful experience. Even with full booking staff managed to accommodate me at the last minute with exceptional service. With the service, food and care I should mention the Gym as well. Had a great time working out in the Gym and the personal trainer is always one step ahead to assist you with all what you need. You should try the Gym for sure and don’t forget to get stretched finally 😊😊 Thanks team
