Stay was excellent. Even though the ac was not working in the room we were allotted, the hotel staff went out of the way to ensure that we are given an alternative room and to compensate, they even upgraded us to complimentary breakfast.

Decent stay as compared to price paid for 4 star hotel. Poor location. No spa in operation but still selling package for spa. Restaurant don’t have half of the menu items. But staff were good and polite and room was well maintained. Overall 2. 5 out of 5

It is not a 4 star but a 2 star hotel. Restaurant's staff was terrible and service pathetic. Location is in a small lane with no parking. I won't recommend the hotel property at all.

We, a family of four with a baby, stayed in the lazdana 2 bhk room for four days. The rooms were spacious and clean, making it perfect for families. The lazdana team provided exceptional service and was always ready to assist with any needs. We will definitely visit again!

To start with, reached the hotel at 12. 30pm to check in. I was told that check in was at 2pm and rooms were getting cleaned and in the breath he said there would be a extra 50% charge for early check in. So i would have to pay 50% extra for just 1 hour. I refused and waited. The twin sharing room was a rat hole with no daylight since the only window was behind the headboard of the bed and was covered. Absolutely no space anywhere, the mini fridge was broken. Room service never picks the call. Breakfast was not up to mark. Tv not working so i used it to hang the towel. All in all. Had a tough time staying 5 nights this hotel
